I went the "Chest, Gloves, Head, Shoulders" route because there are some really nice leg drops in heroic ICC, and not to mention that the Leggings of Woven Death beat out the 264 legs stat-wise.
However, what you need to be aware of is budgeting your hit - the Woven Death legs do not have hit on them, while your T10 legs do.
Here is a comparison
of the leg armors that you'd be interested in, gemmed and enchanted. Your personal gemming may be a bit different based on your stats and what you're going for (more rDPS or more pDPS).
Unrelated note, get rid of your Black Magic enchant and get the pure SP one and you may want to consider gemming to get those 7+ SP socket bonuses.

According to BIS lists for affliction and demonology head, chest, hands and shoulders are your teir peices but as destruction its head, chest, shoulders and legs.

This is one of those cases where gear score is high, while the gear itself sucks.

His gear is great, its just badly gemmed as you mentionned.

I was actually pointing out how much stupid thing gearscore is - as I said, if there was a question about gear score, his would be high, but stat-wise, the gear is bad.
See this is where you are wrong.
Simcraft puts him at 10776dps and scaling only favors haste over crit by 0.27. That is not very significant. Certainly not significant enuff to call his gear bad or sucky. It may not be optimal as far as itemization goes but it'll translate into a very good gear score and if he plays right, into a whishable player to bring into any raid.
As far as being a orthodox critic of gearscore, thats pretty fail. I think you are just a hater.

As for hating on OPs gear, I think its pretty silly. You have to understand that the majority of WoW players live upgrade to upgrade... Its not an question of "is this itemized well for me", its a question of "OMG this dropped, will I ever see it again?" Unless you are in a good raiding guild, you roll on what drops, whether its itemization is good or not.
If you are part of the minority of WoW players who makes a BiS list and only
rolls
bids
on things that conform to that list, consider yourself lucky =P
