You hit is WAY too low.
With your kind of gear level, you should have 260.

Did you lose aggro at the beginning of a fight, or somewhere in the mid-late parts?
a) The mage was bad.
b) If you have lost aggro to a 5k dps druid, you are bad. The silly belt is a weak excuse, 150 hit is fine. How much DPS do YOU do, when you tank?

The best way to get aggro on a single target boss is easy. When you start the fight always use FF and then use your beserk straight away. Then its 2-button mashing time. Spam both your mangle at full and FF when off cooldown this should get you around 12-16k TPS and a huge lead on the Omen list.
Using berserk without having lacerate on the boss is silly, it wastes maul damage. If you REALLY want to berserk at the start, then do FF, lacerate, berserk, etc.
If you can't hold aggro with your single target rotation, then either you are doing it wrong, or dps isn't watching Omen. What you normally should do on a single target, is FFF > Mangle > lacerate to 5 stacks > Mangle or FFF when they come off cd (Mangle first if they are both off cd at the same time) and swipe in-between. Don't forget to refresh the Lacerate stack before it runs out.
You could pop Berserk after getting Lacerate to 5 stacks, but I prefer popping it during BL / Heroism, due to hasted mauls ^_^ But ofc it depends on the length of fight, timing of BL and the mechanics (if the boss is gonna be taunted off you in 10 secs, popping Berserk is a bad idea).

Everyone here has giving you good advice and once you have a 5 stack of Lacerate, you shouldn't lose aggro. I saw that I lose aggro when I don't have a 5 stack so I make it a priority to get that up asap.
My rotation is Fearie Fire, Mangle, Lacerate x5, Demo Roar, and then just Swipe and Maul at the same time. The only problem that I have with this is that I rage dump like a mad man. So I find myself without rage most of the times but I'm able to keep aggro on single target boss. The only time I find myself using Berserk is when I have trouble keeping aggro on multiple mobs!
Just use any of the rotations that other people give you and see what works best for you.

Yeah, you can't stop doing other stuff to get the full 5-stack of Lacerate up. It's far too little threat output.

^^ this
To be clear it does not say lacerate to 5 stacks - it says lacerate to 5 stacks but if mangle is up use that first on your way to 5 stacks (about every second lacerate). Then you keep stacks up and use swipe for filler.
^ This is exactly what I meant. But also note to use FFF when you don't have to refresh your stack and mangle is on cd. When both FFF and Mangle are on cd, you can usually get in 1 or 2 swipes.
The exception is princes in 10man, where you're tanking 2 bosses, and hence (I believe) swipe beats FFF once it has been applied to all bosses.

Opening rotation should be:
mangle, FF, lacerate, lacerate
mangle, FF, lacerate, lacerate
mangle, FF, lacerate, swipe
mangle, FF, swipe, swipe
Where does Maul fit in during the opening rotation?

Where does Maul fit in during the opening rotation?
It's macroed to all your abilities. Hence why we don't mention it while discussing a "rotation".
Edit: muahaha beat you to it, Thror ^_^

...everywhere? Maul is not on a GCD. That was a list of GCD abilities. You spam Maul all the time.

Maul is too obvious to be mentioned into rotation, macro it and dont sweat it.
