Spec looks fine. Points in Imp Rend and Charge are kind of wasted, but then again so are all the alternatives. Glyph of Execute is should be changed to Glyph of Heroic Strike.
Gear looks fine. You are missing cloak enchant. You are more or less gemmed correctly. You are over expertise cap by a little and over the hit cap by a LOT. Ditch the Hit trinket as soon as you can.
Otherwise you look good.

are leather leggings worth to get/buy for warriors? i've got few leather items also but dunno about leggings?
Depends on what they are, what stats are on it, and if there is a better plate piece available.

Thanks for the quick replies. My problem must be with my rotation (priorities). I'll do some more research and keep practicing. I'm assuming that I should be doing better than 4k on the dummy, yes?
Dummy damage isn't a good judge, except against itself. 4k on a dummy is pretty good, actually. Warriors are going to scale very well with raid buffs and mob debuffs (sunders, FF), and in heroics you'll have multiple mobs you'll be WW and Cleaving.
Someone linked this before and it's a good way of visualizing what happens in your rotation:

Basically Whirlwind, Bloodthirst, , wait 1 second, Bloodthirst, , Start Over.
WW, BT, (Slam if Proc), BT, (Slam if Proc), repeat

Ok, I am getting better. The pic helped, and I've been practicing. There are times when I'm waiting for the global cooldown, when slam isn't up, and I feel like I should be doing something. Is rend a good filler? Or Heroic throw? I tried Shattering Throw, but it was awkward with the stance dance and the cast time. I dont know if it's worth it. I hate to waste a GCD, any ideas?
Well, if you are standing still and you have 1.5 seconds until your next ability is up, you can Slam anyway even if the proc isn't up. You'll burn some rage and have a 1.5 second cast time, but you won't be wasting the global.
You can't rend, you'd have to switch to Battle stance.

Hitting a non-instant Slam as Fury is always going to be a dps loss compared to keeping HS queued and waiting for the next ability, since Slam pauses your swing timer. There are downtimes in the Fury rotation, it isn't like Arms where you need to hit something every gcd.
If your gear is sufficient to generate the rage back quickly enough, or if you have Bloodrage up you can switch to Battle, Rend, then switch back during the long free period if Bloodsurge didn't proc.

yeah, slam without a BS proc is definitely a no-no as fury because of the swing pause. in fact, i recommend you replace your slam with a macro:
#showtooltip
/startattack
/cast Slam
/stopcasting
hopefully i got that syntax right, but it basically cancels slam if there's a cast time. doesn't work 100% of the time, but it's close.
you can use the free time to:
refresh shout(s)
refresh/stack sunders if no warrior tank
shattering throw (definitely worth it for raid dps boost)
bloodrage
dance & rend if you're really good - i've read it's a small dps increase IF you can do it quickly and not delay your next BT/WW.
heroic throw i'm not sure about - you'd have to see if it resets your swing timer or not.
