I'm jealous of those with big screens. I'm so limited space wise with a 1280 x 1024. Anyways, my ui:

. New to priest so I'm still playing around.

1920x1080. Timers (Vision) sit above Grid. Mostly well known addons but feel free to ask if there's one you don't recognise.
@eatbrainz - kudos for using a HUD like it should be, far too many people add it "because it's cool", keep their player frames and then never look at the HUD because it's confusing them. I personally prefer Skada for heal/absorb mode, also raiding as disc.
This a really nice UI, well done! :)
I'm currently using heal bot which has been fine but I am thinking of making the switch to grid to save some space on my screen! basically I want it to fade out like healbot does, change colour when they have magic/disease debuff on them, when PW:S, PoM, DA, etc is up on the target, what addons beside grid do you need along with GridManaBars?
Do you all use clique with Grid so you can bind mouse strokes to heals like HealBot?
Personally hate Clique because it's really complicated when I want to left-click target sometimes but it just keeps doing heal on them because I put heal on left-click, etc. I use:
GridClickSets for the clicking,
GridManaBars as mentioned,
GridIndicatorCornerPlus: original Grid has 4 corner indicators, I needed more &
GridStatusHots for a timer effect for HoTs I put on people.
And the fade out, change colour stuff comes with Grid itself.

That's just an example. Also bound another heal to right-click, so I had issues getting out of party etc etc. And couldn't get it to disable clicking on Xperl frames so it was pretty stuck.
But like I said, it's a personal thing. Lots of people love Clique, I don't because it's too much for what I need so I looked for an alternative. GridClickSets is built into Grid config too so I wasn't constantly confused about where to look for Clique & it does the exact same stuff I need Clique to do.

Classic user error. It's not Clique's fault you can't do what you want.
Can't help that I have limited mouse buttons. But like I said, that's just an example. I want the normal left/right clicks on my Xperl frames and have Clique only enabled on Grid. So I disabled every instance of Xperl from the frames selection in Clique but it would still activate heals when I click on Xperl frames. Anyways, maybe I was just a nuthead at configuring Clique, so if GridClickSets does the same as Clique does in a much more lightweight manner, then ditching Clique was a good choice for me.

Here's my UI on my disc priest
I've got the luxury of a 24" widescreen, so I've got a lot of real estate.

Grid
Clique
ButtonFacade
Bartender4
Elkano's Buff Bars
Quartz
ForteXorcist cooldown bar
Basic Minimap
MoveAnything & Goose for custom positioning of some elements

Long time lurker in these parts but first time poster - here's a link to my current UI
http://i42.tinypic.com/ztldg.jpg
More or less based around Tukui (which is a fantastic layout imo) with other bits n pieces put in to taste. This was taken soon after I'd started to set it up so it does look a little different now, but you'll get the idea. Very low on memory usage also.
**edit** I fail at linking, I'll fix it up when not so tired.

I actually prefer my Grid at the bottom centre, so my eyes have less distance to travel when I'm checking my surroundings. If a void zone or fire appears beneath me, I will see it straight away. I might have to move my "Focus Target" frame, which is the one directly above Grid. Usually the boss's health bar appears there, because my Focus is the main tank, so I can see incoming Fire Breaths or Defiles very clearly.

Looks great aside from the SexyMap. Really a killer.
It's less intrusive ingame, think it's just the contrast of the screenshot. I used to have Bartender set to 100% opacity, now playing with the bars on 20% for a while, so it stuck out less before. You are right though - your comment reminded me to check for a fader and lo and behold, it's faded out when not mouseover'd now just like my bars. Thanks. :)
As for placement of Grid, I agree that it's strange that some people shuffle it all the way to one side. I still have most of the things that are relevant in combat in the same positions I used to have on my old screen (non widescreen) precisely because I shouldn't have to wander all over the screen with my eyes to find what I need. Personally I've never tried having it in the middle but having it to the side works for me AND looks pretty, so... \o/

For those talking about grid mana bars. Skip it if you don't absolutely need it and/or if you have performance issues.
GridManaBars is pretty great for any class who can provide a mana-regen mechanic like Mana Tide Totem, Innervate, or Hymn of Hope. Unless your computer totally sucks, you should use it.
And yes, Oscar, your UI is fugly.
