great list, found this extremely helpful for gearing up my offspec
but i do have a few suggestions:
wouldnt
Arcane Loops of Anger
or
Love's Prisoner
be a better neckpiece for holy pre-raid? (both are available in H FoS)
heres the comparison
sheet

Yes, Love's Prisoner is the best choice out of those.
This. Also, the mail EoT helm is better than the plate one.
Other than that this is quite a fine list, indeed.

Is that the spell power / spirit enchant you use on the legs in your "Pre-raid Holy Best-In-Slot" Wowhead profile thingy?

There's a ton of tutorial videos on Youtube. I absolutely loved healbot in 3.0, but they changed the layout after that to the point where absolutely no option is either labeled in a way that makes sense, or put in a category that makes sense.
If you just want it to show raid frames it should do that pretty well right out of the box, and for SS and bacon, CLCbpt works really well for me.

Give Vudhu a shot instead of Healbot. I ran Healbot for the longest time and recently switched to Vudhu and love it.

Crypt Keeper's
,
Quel'Delar
,
Leggings of Woven Death
and
Belt of the Blood Nova
if you're srs.
I'd go with
the honor libram
for heroics and, as your gear improves,
Libram of Veracity
for raids.

I suppose you meant to quote me... To clarify, no EoF are spent on the pieces I linked.
As for the Lightsworn Garb, I wouldn't go as far as "solid". Yes, the 2-piece bonus is very, very nice. Picking up the helm and shoulders for that should be mandatory, but t10 is generally not very well itemized. Did you look at the stats before the ilvl blew you away?
As for the 4p bonus, I'm going to shamelessly quote Chase Christian of
The Light and How to Swing It
:
Jackslammer of Scilla did a great write-up of the actual cast time reductions we can expect from the 4-piece Tier 10 bonus, and frankly, the results aren't good. Assuming we're at the haste soft cap of 676 (which means a 1 second GCD) from our non-set slots and have all the standard raid buffs, our Holy Lights are actually slower when using 4-piece Tier 10, due to losing haste by equipping the set. This means our TUH value increases (which is bad) when just casting Holy Light normally. The fact that our baseline throughput and reactivity (yes, I'm making up this word) take a hit by using Lightsworn makes the set very hard to swallow.

and QD is either a total crapshoot or mind-blowingly expensive to get.
Honestly, if that's your attitude, you may as well rename your list "free and effortless (aka welfare at its worst) pre-raid BiS". Sacrifices will have to be made if you're planning to bump that gearscore (lol) and if you're not willing to make those sacrifices, why even bother raiding?

Oh, on another note; Grid and CLCbpt = win. Or any other raid frame AddOn if you're not into Grid.
