Nothing at all wrong with your spec, really. However, I'd be surprised if you regularly raided 25 man without a tree druid or a prot paladin. Therefore I'd change your build to
this
. Your build isn't wrong always and this build isn't right always, but 3/3 imp dev doesn't stack with prot paladins or trees who'll always take it. For you it's pretty optional.
Randoom is horribly wrong, ignore him.
Grid and Clique are fine. It's what I use, there are definitely other choices, if you decide to change, but whatever you're comfortable with is good.
Gemming and enchanting all looks good. If you want us to be really, really picky, mining is pretty close to useless for you as a profession.
I would change out some crit for some mp5 if possible. Not that your gearing is wrong, just that that might benefit you more.
Regardless, I was more or less actively looking for reasons to criticize you, since that's what you asked for. There's nothing that is actually glaringly wrong at all.

tbh i have no idea why in your spec you have missed such things as: pure of heart, purifying power, sacred cleansing,Hmmm, I wonder...

im not going to dignify half of that %^&* with a response, GL to OP, rest of ya'll get F'd :)
Mm, someone's a little elitist today.
pure of heart, purifying power, sacred cleansing, blessed life and seals of the pure
These are all PvP talents. None of them are even slightly useful for PvE, much less endgame raiding. So don't go off saying "Screw you all I know I'm right" when you're totally wrong. The fact that you refuse to reply to people saying that you're wrong just makes you look even worse.

Out of curiosity, what's the point of getting Improved Righteous Fury? Can you actually heal with RF on for the damage reduction without having to be at all concerned about the increased threat from healing?
On tank and spank fights some time, check your threat percentage. Double that number. Still under 10%? Almost certainly.
You need to be smart with it though. On fights with a lot of adds spawning you'll pull everything the tanks haven't had a chance to attack yet.

Translation: I have no reason to back up my opinions. I just like 71/0/0 builds because they look pretty.
I mean, SotP isn't even a PvP talent. It's just not a healer talent at all. But I think we've made our point as well as it needs to be made.

I personally don't see the point of Toughness. The armor bonus is pretty useless, and how many cases are there where reducing the duration of movement slowing effects will help you? Most of them are like Rotface slime; there until you stop standing in them. And as a PvE healer, if it isn't dangerous for other reasons, movement slows aren't particularly threatening to you. Imp. RF isn't exactly hugely fantastic either, but at least it's a flat % of mitigated damage on you.

This whole Righteous fury thing intrigues me, does that mean a 6% decrease to damage taken by all raid members? And what if you have a pally tank? will that make this useless? No. Only to yourself. Not great, but better than toughness.

Yeah, the one point of Toughness is a necessary filler. My point was taking 4/5 toughness over Imp RF, which some people do but I don't really understand.

Every thing looks good but i would take the 3 points out of improved devo and put them in Benediction in ret tree.
6% healing for the entire raid > a very small amount of mana.
Besides, if the 6% healing is already covered there's still better choices for where to put those points.

Coming back to OP topic, there was a build suggested, I would not recommend taking Blessed Hands at all and only put one point in Imp. LoH. Why? BH do not give anything good at all (no, really, how many times ppl have problems with threat?) and you should not be needing LoH at all, and so far I have not seen any fight where extra DMG reduction will be necessary. Better take Benediction(think about Beacon and Holy Shock mana costs).
As for RF, it is definitely better than picking extra points in Toughness. Why? Easy, threat part does not matter at all, even in add fights, since you will always pull aggro if tank didn't attacked the target and if he had at least one hit, you will not pull it off. Just watch you're Judgments. And normally you'll be one-hit'ed by almost anything, while 6% reduction is useful in every single fight and particularly awesome in fights like Queen and SIndragosa (fights with constant unavoidable AoE).

First, sometimes people do creep up on the tanks for threat in a fight. Really, really, good DPS will sometimes. Since you can only cast HoSalv once every two minutes you want to make it count. Also, read the tooltip again, it improves HoSac as well, which is an extremely useful tool. And the mind boggles at only putting one point into Imp. LoH. It's a free extra Barkskin for a tank whenever you feel like it, how is that not awesome?
As an example of why these talents are awesome, take all of them, go do Festergut, and chain cast Bubble/DiSac, BoSac, and Imp. LoH and watch flash of lights keep the tank up for the entire course of Festergut having three inhales.
And Benediction isn't going to help you as much as a couple incredibly good tank cooldowns, ever. If you're standing in melee range, you already get a ton of mana back from meleeing every time you cast an instant spell, anyway.
