SCARRA SCARRA SCARRA!
Not looking good =(
Damn it, he's so adorable I just wanted him to be happy. TSM did really good though. Wish Oddone and ugly mexican hadn't died though, would've made that game awesome.
I wish Regi had eyebrows

Gave a quick look back over the champion I posted here a while back and made some changes and additions. Have a look:
Yabusame – The Aged Bowman
Attributes: Carry, Ranged, Jungler
Base Stats:
Health: 435 (+64 per level)
HP Regen: 7 (+.31 per level)
Mana: 178 (+4.5 per level)
Mana Regen: 4 (+.67 per level)
Damage: 42 (+5.7 per level)
Attack Speed: .732 (+1.7% per level)
Armor: 6 (+2.6 per level)
Magic Resist: 25 (+2.4 per level)
Movement Speed: 333
Range: 523
(Innate Passive) Growing Moral – For each killing blow Yabusame makes, he gains a charge of Moral, increasing his movement speed by 2%. Every time he drops below 25% health, he loses one charge of Moral. Upon death, Yabusame loses all Moral charges. Can have a maximum stack of 10.
(Active) Vein-Seeking Arrows – Yabusame fires three arrows in rapid succession along a line. This arrows deal damage and add a bleed effect to their target that stacks with each arrow. If a single target is hit by all three arrows then his movement and attack speeds are also slowed.
Damage Per Arrow: 10 / 25 / 40 / 55 / 70 (+ .74 per attack damage)
Bleed Damage: 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 per stack per second (+.55 per attack damage)
Attack and Movement Speed Reduction: 2 / 3 / 4/ 5 / 6%
(Toggle) Unending Focus – While active this ability allows Yabusame to attack the nearest targets to him while moving, prioritizes champions. The damage and critical strike chance of attacks made while moving are all lowered.
Attack Damage and Critical Strike Chance Reduction: 50% / 40% / 30% / 20% / 10% (-.5% per 100 attack damage)
(Active) Charging Volley – Yabusame increases his movement speed and prepares to fire a volley of arrows. Depending on how far he travels he will launch more arrows at the nearest target, prioritizes champions. Each arrow deals damage equal to half of Yabusame’s current attack damage. The arrows are launched at the end of the duration or when Yabusame stops moving.
Speed Increase Duration: 4.2 / 4.4 / 4.6 / 4.8 / 5 seconds
Minimum Number of Arrows: 2 (+1 per 100 attack damage) (+1 per 100 ability power)
Second Lowest Number of Arrows: 4 (+1 per 100 attack damage) (+1 per 100 ability power)
Second Highest Number of Arrows: 6 (+1 per 100 attack damage) (+1 per 100 ability power)
Maximum Number of Arrows: 8 (+1 per 100 attack damage) (+1 per 100 ability power)
(Passive) Ionian Resolve – Yabusame’s movement speed is increased by a percentage. Yabusame can activate this ability to double this effect for a few seconds, as well as allowing him to ignore unit collision and stun any enemies he moves through; this effect cannot occur to the same unit twice in a 2-second period.
Stun duration: .5 / 1 / 1.5 seconds
Movement Speed Increase: 5% / 6% / 7% (+1% per 50 ability power)
Lore:
Yabusame and Acumen – his faithful steed since childhood – had spent their youth watching over an Ionian Temple, protecting it and ensuring that the evil sealed inside would not overwhelm the island. Their adolescence and adulthood came and went in almost a blink of an eye as they both stayed at the temple, guarding it, protecting it and all of Ionia from the evil residing within. When he reached the age of elders, Yabusame was approached by his fellow wizened ones who informed him that his time guarding the temple was at an end. But Yabusame refused to leave. With his age had come caution, and with that caution a dreading feeling that, should he leave, the evil he had ensured remained sealed away would be released. The other elders pleaded with him, and eventually convinced him that he was no long strong enough to protect the temple, and it would be best that he left. And so Yabusame and Acumen left and was sent to a town where they would be able to live out the rest of their lives in peace, comfort, and tranquility; and Varus replaced him as the guardian of the Pit of Pallas.
To his dismay, Yabusame’s dreaded suspicions came true. The town was ransacked by Noxian forces, and Varus, driven to madness in his despair and rage, freed and allowed himself to be consumed by the corruption contained within the pit. When news of this reached Yabusame he grieved, believing it was his fault this fate had befallen the young Varus. With a steeled will and a new goal – freeing Varus of the corruption gripping his soul – giving him strength, he took up his bow once more and mounted Acumen. He traveled to the Institute of War and was granted admission into the League of Legends. While Yabusame realizes he may never have the chance to slay Varus upon the field and put his tortured soul to rest, but at least he is now close enough to him that he may have the chance to do so somewhere else.
“The life of an arrow is fleeting, but a single arrow can do much in its lifetime.”
- Yabusame
Overview:
Yabusame’s hair is long and white, and his body has lost much of its muscle mass with the degeneration that comes with old age. He hides this beneath long, Ionian-style robes, His bow and arrows are worn, but still strong and deadly. Acumen is a powerfully-built, grey-and-white stallion that, even at an age far greater than any horse lives to see – is just as strong as he was in youth.
Both have determination glinting in their eyes, and stride with great strength throughout the halls of the Institute of War. For the most part, though, Yabusame rides on Acumen’s back, betraying that his age still takes a toll on his strength.
Voice – Old and Wizened, movement sounds accompanied by horse whinnies.
Selection:
“Peace, serenity, freedom.”
Movement/Attacking:
“Forward, Acumen.”
“Ride.”
“Quickly.”
“We go.”
“As you wish, Summoner.”
“Arrows, fail not me now.”
“Strength, do not depart me.”
“For Ionia, for peace.”
Taunt:
Nocks and arrow into his bow, points it forward, and then returns the bow to his quiver “Fear not the man behind the bow, but the arrow that calls you its mark.”
Nocks and arrow into the bow, points it forward, and then returns the bow to his quiver “I have my sights set upon you. Run.”
Joke:
Takes an arrow out of his quiver and looks at it “Why is it I never run out of arrows?”
Takes an arrow out of his quiver and looks at it “Which came first, the quiver or the bow?”
Playing As:
If you want to deal heavy burst damage with Yabusame, build strictly attack damage. If you want to run circles around your enemies, dealing quick chip damage, build ability power and movement speed.
Ionian Resolve’s movement speed and stun are perfect for chasing down enemies; run through them to allow you or your teammates to get a kill.
Know your limits and pull out of fights where it seems you may not win early in order to keep your Moral stacks.
Playing Against:
Slows may not lower Yabusame’s movement speed enough to allow you to catch him, focus on stunning him in place and bursting him down.
Even if you cannot kill Yabusame, try to take him down to below 25% health before fleeing in order to remove a stack of Moral.
Possible Skins:
Classic Yabusame: See above description.
Young Yabusame: Yabusame from his youth; generally younger in appearance.
Next champion: Crypsis - Lord of Night . I intend for him to revolve around taking out enemy champions sight and striking like that. He is bat-themed ('cause with Shaco and Zyra running around, the League REALLY needs a bat-champ).

Urgot?
But I'll keep that in mind, after lookin at the old Priscillia idea I agree we are in need of one.

Aye, that and the Innate passive are what I really looked at to change; altering anything else would change the champion from what I feel he needs to embody.

Ahhhh, I see. Will definately take that into consideration when designing the champ.
On note of your comment, though:

I want to make a champion.
Start with an idea of any kind - a gimick, a look - and then just think "how would a champion doing that look and act" or "how would a champion like that operate?"
I suggest the
LoL wiki
for numbers help.

Speaking of gimicks, how's this idea sound?
For the guy's ultimate he unleashes all of his abilities (plus a slow/stun, and maybe a silence) at once on a singular target. The Ultimate is also not tied to the regular 6/11/16 mechanic, but instead to the levels of the champion's other abilities. This means when q w and e abilities are all lvl 1 he can learn the lvl 1 of that spell. When they are at lvl 3, he can learn level 2, and when they're maxed out at five, can can learn the final level.
Actually...
I like the idea, but now that I think of it it might not work for this particular champ.
His abilities atm:
(Innate Passive) Sonokenesis – Blinds and Sight Removal abilities have no effect on Crypsis.
(Active) Engulfed by Shadows – Crypsis shrouds an area with Umbrakinesis. The aura persists for a brief duration; any enemy champions walking through it are afflicted with Umbrakinetic Shroud and lose sight of all fellow champions, minions, and turrets (including the minimap) except for a small radius around them. Crypsis deals additional magic damage to enemies afflicted with Umbrakinetic Shroud.
(Active) Sonic Scout – Crypsis sends a sonic wave in a line, which bounces back at the end of its trajectory. When it reaches Crypsis again it reveals any enemies that were in the area when the screech passed through them. Causes damage to all enemies it passed through.
(Active) Sonic Boom – Crypsis unleashes a sonokinetic screech that knocks back all nearby enemies, dealing damage. Enemies affected by the wave are also feared for a short duration.
I'll probably think of something else for him, but that ultimate idea I'll reuse for the spider-chick ('cause I don't have many female champion ideas).

People with no ulti have abilites that go to 6. So why not a level of his ult at 2 4 and 6?

Technically it is an ult, just a different take on it. Being able to burst all your abilities at once can be pretty powerful stuff. Thought, like I said; it's probably not a viable option for this champ.
Dat innate passive. It's like Lee Sin all over again.
I'm looking at Lee Sin and I'm not seeing anything resembling it.
I'm seeing old, unused ability names but no details on them. Did he have that before and it was changed?

Ha! Hilarious! ABSOLUTELY FREAKIN HILARIOUS!
I still think it's a useful passive, but maybe I'll add something to it to make is just slightly more viable...

Would you call 19 kill, 5 deaths good?
That's aweful, you should just uninstall 'cause you can't play the game.
