Favorite Alliance city: Darnassus - By far the easiest to navigate. Everything is so open you can practically see a destination from the opposite side of the place. *is exaggerating*
Least favorite Alliance city: Stormwind - Everything is super cluttered, and yet it's still easily the most difficult to navigate, in my opinion. Not to mention it's terrible for people like me with slow computers that lag alot . And the lack of easily accessed guards to get directions from makes it really bad if you don't have the ENTIRE freakin city memorized.
Favorite Horde city: Orgrimmar - Incredible city-like layout, yet spread out enough that you're not always confined to a tiny path to your destination. Tons of guards as well as elite NPC's make it probably THE best guarded area in the game, which is great for people who aren't yet at a level where they can defend themselves in PvP.
Least favorite Horde city: Undercity - Bigger and harder to navigate than Stormwind and probably my least favorite of ANY city, Alliance and Horde alike. There's a fairly decent number of guards for asking directions, but it's still just a very hard place to make your way around in. You can probably get used to it after a while, but it'd take a WHILE I'm sure.
**Keep in mind that I don't have Burning Crusade, I'm a noob I know, so I don't know about or have an opinion on the Blood Elf and Dreanai cities**

Best : Orgrimmar. As in every "capital faction city", EVERYTHING is there. Also, the fact that it's very populated makes it fun to interact with people. And the pathways are LARGE. That means you can actually NOT walk through other people or grunts.
Honorable Mention : TB. The only thing stopping me is... no rogue trainer =X
Worse : Darnassus. Oh, the useless structure that is Darnassus. Not even the damn NEs stay in there, no one likes galopping on water, you goddamn tree-huggers.

Favorite: Ironforge. The layout is tops for alliance cities, and it's the only one with everything an alliance player could possibly need in one place.
Least: Stormwind. The place was arranged poorly, without taking traffic into account. Everywhere you need to go will usually involve going though the trade district, where your lag increases 1000x and your framerate falls to <1fps because of everyone standing around in the main square.

Fav: Shattrath, the theme of it is good to chill out in with my horde brethren and my alliance counterparts after a day of raiding or pvp.
Honorable mention: UC.. being that my 1st char was my undead, spent alot of time in there so know where everything is. Most things I need are quick to get to.
Hated: Silvermoon. Looks overly pretty, have no reason to visit there, things are hard to find and seem to spread out.
