also if you need the hit rating, th shard of the crystal heart is very good.
if you don't need the hit rating, start farming heroic pit of saron (one of the brand new 5 mans) on a daily basis, and pick up this baby. . .

Hate to say it but the new Instances can be done with a good tank and a good healer and then 3 dps that can pull 2k dps.

Unless, you have extra golds for damage repairs, I suggest, boot any 2K dps, Tank (less than 30K health) or a weak Healer in these 3 new instances. If not, bailout of PuG.
Its the smartest thing to do.
While I agree it is the smartest thing to do, last night I did H PoS with a tank with 25K hp unbuffed, a healer with horrible latency(He said around 3600) and two dps who were very likely fresh 80s. It's certainly doable with even a bad group.
