sorry but i fail to beleive using keybinds alone improve dps.
i am a little less geared than you readzer (dont have any heroic items, but still almost full ilvl245's) and i can easily do over 7k-8k in 10 mans and i click and use arrows to move.
in short. use what you are best at using.

I'm currently using these for my skills (WASD for movement). Shift/Ctrl modifiers as necessary. And mouse buttons 3/4/5. Don't make the same mistake I did in the beginning - 5 and 6 are evil buttons, and can't be comfortably used with normal sized fingers on a standard keyboard.

Personally I find if you place the tip of your nose DIRECTLY in the middle of the G, H, and B keys, and bind Judgement to the keys left of H, and Crusader Strike to the Right, then gradually work your way out in order of priority (Less priority abilities are furthest from your nose), you can easily do a proper FCFS rotation with your face, provided you've binded the keys correctly.
Using your left cheek, ensure to inflate it with air before committing it to the pressing of the F, G and D keys, and all keys surrounding. This is to ensure your cheek is sufficiently soft enough to cushion your teeth from any impact related injuries, and also to ensure a solid, flush connection with the keys. Then as you move to the right, do the same thing, only with your RIGHT CHEEK.
When it comes to healing yourself, binding Lay on Hands to your Return Key, Shift Key and Backspace key will allow you to heal yourself to full provided a sufficient turn of the face is achieved to allow the
RIGHT
ear to lay on either of these keys.
Notice that I bind the same action to several keys - This is to ensure ALL abilities are pressed and to prevent any accidental "misses", by providing a larger area to roll over.
Another suggestion is to sufficiently lubricate your nose with something slippery, like butter, or liquid soap, and bind all the keys on your keyboard to something, then rapidly
motorboat
any and all keys on your keyboard.
While this has been known to increase DPS in some situations, there have been reports of broken peripherals and noses afterwards so do be careful. Do note that too much care will negate any DPS increase, though, so you might as well stick to the traditional "Non-noserolling" technique.
With all this in mind, you will be the envy of every DPSer in your Naxxramas wipes. :)

I love the addon Macaroon! for screen clicking. It allows me to move everything where I want it.
Screen clicking has only held me back on taunts and bubbling other players on my tank pally. For that, I made some buttons near the party's pictures so I can easily click on their pictures and the ability to help them.

Key bindings allow you to not to have to wait that 1 second of mouse movement after your ability comes off cooldown to move from spell to spell. ALSO, it allows you to free up your mouse for doing more important things like running away from lightning novas, clicking new targets (because tab usually fails), etc. Don't argue that anything is faster than having your camera faced away from the boss and double clicking your mouse isn't the fastest way to run away, because it is.
Edit: If you are tanking, taunt not key-bound should be fixed asap. Its too slow in emergencies otherwise.

F1-F6 main spells (F6 for Cleanse as rarely used and hard to reach)
F7-F9 crap you rarely using
F10-F12 secondary spells (these buttons bound to M4-M6, so you have left arm over primary and right over secondary spells at all times)
Oh, and tilde to tab through targets.

I use similar for healing - it realy helps as the keys are separated in groups of four and its easy to find without looking and you wont misspress anything, not like trying to press "7" blindly on the numeric line.
I use F1-4 for heals, F5-6 for helpful hands and the last row F9-12 for sanctuaries. Alt+number is also very good, especialy with the first numbers close to WASD moving keys - I use those for some longer cooldown abilities.
And, of course, theres the "~" key, directly to the left from "1". I have Turn Undead binded to it:p

Ive tried several different keybinds over the years. I don't dps much, so I can't really talk from that stance, but I do tank and heal, so I'll say what i do for them.
Tanking: I really only use W and S to move around. Sometimes, If i want to move the mob or something I'll hit Q or E for strafe, but not often. Otherwise, my binds are:
1,2,3,4,5,6
Q,W,E,R,T,Y
S
Shift C
I leave my left ring finger on W to hit W, Q, E, 1 and 2. My middle finger covers 3 and 4 and my pointer finger (which rests on T) can hit 5, 6, R, T and Y. My pinky hits Shift for duplicates of all of those binds.
My hand is spaced out pretty far, yes, but I dislike having to move it around. I started using keybinds because I couldn't hit anything farther than 7 on the row of numbers with my index finger. So I adopted keybinds because I needed more buttons to press.
Healing: However, my strategy is totally different when i'm healing. I only have 4 spell bound to keys that I regularly press plus shift. Beacon (shift + 4), Sacred Shield (4), Judgement (T), and Holy Shock + Divine Favor Macro (6). I use Grid plus Clique for the rest of my healing needs and bind my heals to my mouse. I find that much easier than mouseover macros.
Actually, for you taunting tanks, you could use the addon Clique to be able to click on a player portrait and taunt from them.
