Recent HIstory
Stromgarde is still remembered as the starting point of humanity and still exists, though much weaker than ever before, its population and territory being greatly diminished. Jaina Proudmoore managed to convince a number of people from Stromgarde to join her exodus to Kalimdor during the Third War, forming the Stromgarde Brigade. Stromgarde's armies, however, are far from defeated and still maintains a base of strategic operations at the crevasse known as Refuge Pointe in the Highlands, as well as portions of the devastated capital city itself. The forces of Stromgarde formed the League of Arathor, which fights to free the rest of the Arathi Highland, the Arathi Basin, and its many resources, from the hands of the Forsaken Defilers and the forces of Hammerfall.
Dark Factions
This section concerns content exclusive to the Warcraft RPG.
As of the period of Dark Factions (just before The Burning Crusade), the line of Igneas Trollbane is still alive and unbroken. It still seeks to reclaim Stromgarde from Syndicate control.DF 158 Sounds like it's allied with Proudmoore more then Stormwind.

But it would still be a part of the Alliance, regardless of which side of the Alliance.
I stand corrected, and retract my original statement.
Not about the disagreeing that the Horde thinks like Garrosh, but the statement following about Stromgarde's allegiance.

Well, truthfuly speaking, Stromgarde is its own nation.
Right.... who has no reason to trust the southern alliance at this point, or the western one for that matter, as they haven't really done much to assist them in rebuilding and the like. However, they are still part of the Alliance, one of the original 7 after all, but just without the same type of backing the others have.... till Cata at least, as Trol Barad is coming back into the game.

Western Plaguelands
I don't think so, for now the only power in the Plaguelands is the Scourge. An emcamptment on the border hardly qualifies as alliance presence.
Lore need not be reflected by game mechanics. Otherwise, Stormwind and Silvermoon would be much larger. The encampment may be much stronger than is implied in the game.

I found it noteworthy, I mean they are trying to advance from that point and claim towars in the Eastern Plaguelands.
That's the Argent Dawn, not the 'Alliance', Horde get the same quests to cap the towers after all.

Did Thrall know he was enslaved and did nothing about it?No, no one had any idea Crocbait was king Varian.
t's difficult to know people when you have very few photographs and there isn't a name tag over your head. Did the orcs who shackled him know he was Varian? I also thought he lost his memory. Am I mixing lore?; If he couldn't say I am the king, how did they know he was the king?Jaina helps with that, and breaks the spell around his mind.
Didn't he make two friends in the gladiatorial fights that were of the Horde? Did they betray him, or some other terrible event happen to them?Broll Bearmantle is a Night Elf, Valeera Sanguir is a Blood Elf(and he treats her like a little sister).
On another note, hasn't he seen both good and bad parts of the Horde? Why does he then decide to be openly hostile towards them?Because they need a foil for Garrosh.

Thrall had no idea of Varian's enslavement. At that point, no one knew it was Varian, not even Varian.
No, they didn't. He couldn't say it, so they didn't know it, and they probably wouldn't have believed him in the first place.
They were not friends, but people who had a rather strong effect on him. Reghar Earthfury and Hammuul Runetotem. One was his slavemaster, that allowed him to escape, and the other helped him escape. Forgot to mention Valeera
He has seen much more bad than good from an emotional standpoint. He displays hostility out of that emotion.
