/use Demonic Empowerment
/use Your Most Often Used Spell

you may want to use something like this instead:
#showtooltip
/use Demonic Empowerment
/use most often used spell name here
/run UIErrorsFrame:Clear()

Or even:#showtooltip Your Most Often Used Spell
/use Demonic Empowerment
/run UIErrorsFrame:Clear()
/use Your Most Often Used Spell(assuming that if you don't care about Your Most Often Used Spell's failure to cast's errors you'd likely not care about Demonic Empowerment errors, or you'd have disabled errors altogether, in which case the third line is not needed)

Yeah, I'd probably go with that. Also, I see what you did there to make even smaller text. Sneaky.

You didn't know that already? That's how all the people with super-small-text did it.
Have you noticed my fake-quoting? I.e.:

I don't know if I should be flattered or offended ;0.

Why not both? You would get a weird face.

Flattered. I usually don't use dork in a derogatory fashion because I'm a huge one.

Mostly. Just have every command on a new line and proper wording of the "Shadow Bolt" spell.

So it should look like this?
#showtooltip shadowbolt/use Demonic Empowerment/run UIErrorsFrame:Clear()/use shadowbolt
?
and whenever I start attacking something it should automatically use Demonic empowerment, and then every time it comes off of coldown it will refresh?
Type it in exactly like this:
#showtooltip Shadow Bolt
/use Demonic Empowerment
/run UIErrorsFrame:Clear()
/use Shadow Bolt
