Tell me what you think is better for BG and 2v2 arenas for enchancement shamans, dual wielding or 2-handed weapon. Give positive and negative sides of both of the build. If you have time give talent builds for one or both the two options.
Thanks :}

The talents speak for themselves, to be honest: Dualwield is the only viable option at the moment.
Sure, a big twohander provides a chance of some incredible burst, but in the end, it's not really comparable.

Gnub hit the nail on the head. if you insist on having proof from both sides here we go.
2 headed weapons
pros
slower and give high damage procs from flametongue weapon or windfury weapon or frostbrand weapon
they are easier to hit cap
damage comes in bigger bursts
cons
our talents do not give us any bonuses for this style
you cannot use 2 different weapon procs at the same time (windfury/flametongue, or windfury/frostband)
because of the above you either use windfury to try to crit targets to death while they run freely or use frostbrand to be able to slow them or lock them down with
frozen power
but that gimps your dps
you don't cause as much push-back on casters with 1 very slow weapon when compared to DW
DW
pros
windgury/flametongue or windfury/frostbrand weapon combos provide eitehr increased damage over extra damage and more control of movement in pvp
we can spec into DW to increases our hit chance and damage while using 2 weapons
provides better push-back against casters
cons
your windfury hits for smaller amounts overall but they are still powerful
in summary you CAN use a two hander, but you gimp yourself
until blizzard gives us strong talents to make it worthwhile and to counter act the 1 proc vs 2 proc situation, DW will always be better.

Thanks for the answers guys. Now i have one more question. Does Flametongue weapon in offhand + Lava Lash worth it or LL+WF or not LL at all?

DW is way easier to hit cap due to
DW talent
. You arent supposed to reach white hit cap for DW. Just spell hit cap (exact same amount as 2h, but here you get 6% for 3 talent points)
Just to be clear: that talent doesn't affect spell hit (and thus, in theory, "only" boosts your white damage).

Ah, I expected this reply to come up - should've written it in my original reply.

"Mod Hit Chance" is
physical
hit, by default. Take a look at the Draenei's
Heroic Presence
, and look at the underlined points of it's effect:
Effect #1 Apply Area Aura: Mod
Spell Hit
Chance
Value: 1
Radius: 30 yards
Effect #2 Apply Area Aura: Mod
Hit
Chance
Value: 1
Radius: 30 yards
As we all know, the racial gives 1% universal (hence physical + spell) hit.
