Healbot
or Grid + Clique organizes your raid frames and lets you bind spells to button press + click./Agree.
When you get used to that look into
Gladius
. Disco priests are probably the most offensive of all healers and this makes it easy. Important information as well as click-casting for some offensive spells (dispel, mana burn, etc.). It can get spammy, but you can set it to alert you and your team through chat when opponents are low health, drinking, use trinket and some other stuff I can't remember atm.
May want to do a few skirmishes to figure it all out though.

Gladius: Enemy unit frames. You need to know when to dispel/burst down/burn your enemies and their trinket cooldowns to utilize your Fear effectively.
Mik's Scrolling Battle Text: Makes it extremely easy to know when enemies are casting key spells or gain key buffs. You can customize it to play a loud siren when someone is casting, say, Polymorph on you or gains Divine Shield. You can also add custom cooldown notification for your spells, or just a general sound for all of them if you're too lazy to do that.
Grid: Organizes your party and pet neatly. You can prioritize it so that is shows Unstable Affliction, then key debuffs like Immolate/Polymorph/Hammer of Judgement, and finally not-too-important ones. You can also add tiny dots to indicate Weakened Soul, incoming heals (if you're doing 5s), the exact amount of missing health, etc.
Don't mouse click or spell scroll ANYTHING. Get Bartender if you need help.
You may want to get something like Pitbull 4 to center most of your unit frames to the center so you don't tunnel vision as easily.

Or you can go commando and use no addons at all, as they do in tournaments.
