Keep Rejuvenation active on all 5 people at all times if you can afford it, in case mana is rare you might want to only have it on the tank for fights in which there shouldn't be any group damage.
Use Nourish on the tank whenever needed.
Use Wild Growth in case of heavy group damage.
Innervate yourself frequently. It's an awesome spell, use it.

there is no rotation to healing, there are rotations for max raid or single target hpm or hps but you won't always have a situation where those are needed
healing is more of a priority list and knowing which spell is best suited for every situation
if you're going oom the 1st thing i have to ask is are you using innervate intuitively?
it has a short 3 minute cd now so popping it as soon as you'll benefit from the full mana return it should be used and by the time your mana goes down it should be ready again, using innervate at the last moment is terribly inefficient and almost as bad as not using it at all

Pop Innervate at 60% of your mana if the fight isn't about to be over. Every time. It's basically the class design now. Whereas I used to go weeks without innervating, I now do it at least twice a night...that was intended for our class design a patch or two ago so don't worry about it.
For spec, you can use mine (armory in sig) as it's pretty cookie-cutter.

Tree
11/0/52+8
is the basic blueprint for a good tree
if you primarily tank heal invest in nature's grace and living seed
if you primarily raid heal invest in revitalize
invest the rest in living seed, nature's grace, imp tranq, or revitalize based on preference
Glyphs
Swiftmend
is a must
Nourish:
for tank heals
Wild Growth:
for raid heals
Rejuvenation:
is great for both raid or tank heals
Innervate:
if you're mana regen is questionable, can't heal without mana
Lifebloom:
is decent for both raid or tank heals as well
Spells
wild growth
every cd
rejuvenation
all around (unless there's a 0% chance of someone taking damage, then exclude them from this rule, ie patchwerk type fights)
regrowth
mainly as a prepull tank hot or for the hot when you need to maximize ur healing on them
lifebloom
every clearcast you've got nothing better to do, best to slow stack and let bloom (can maintain a 3 stack on tank if needed)
swiftmend
as needed
nourish
as needed
nature's swiftness + healing touch
for an instant single target oh !@#$ button
tranquility
as a group oh $%^& button
innervate
at ~2/3 mana, should be ready again before you oom if ever

well that'd be 2 different rotations, 1 for max tank hps and 1 for max party hps, there's a lot of grey between raid heals and tank heals so good to know ur spells intimately but point taken
and touche i might add

boredom will be the death of us all...when the healer gets a SF crit and aggros =P
yeah kindof the reason i pref to only heal as a last resort, i toss some hots, get bored, and feel like wandering off all the while knowing a can't very well run into the next room and pull as i'm used to
