If i got a wpn with 10 DPS and more stats, and i swap for one with 20 DPS and less stats, will there be any difference in cat form damage?

umm do what now?
weapon speed, bottom end, and top end damage and dps are of no concern and you'll NEVER have to look at them
feral weapons are nothing but stat sticks but unlike hunters our stat sticks are fine with procs ie. thunder/shadowstrike
weapons with a dps of 55 (isn't it?) dps or higher start to show fap so while fap is reliant on weapon dps you still never have to look at the dps due to the fap showing for you to look at instead
strength, agility, attack power, stamina, crit rating, haste rating, armor penetration, hit rating, expertise, armor, fap (Feral Attack Power), procs, and sockets
are ALL that matter on a feral weapon be it for dps or tanking (in no particular order or combination)

If you have a weapon with 10 DPS +35 strength, and one with 20 DPS, the one with 20 DPS is better, because 1 str = 2 AP, and 14 AP = 1 DPS. Therefore, 10 DPS basically = 140 AP = 70 strength, except that it doesn't scale with talents or buffs like kings, iMotW, SotF, etc.
This is very much false.
