Critical Auras/CD's to Monitor for Arenas

I wanted to ask the guys who arena on here what they consider the essential auras/cd's to monitor on enemy players, and also how you choose to monitor these abilites. An example is Cloak of Shadows on Rogues; mages definitely want to know when that goes on and how long it lasts- regardless of our combo. Another example would be Hand of Sacrifice on Paladin healers; not seeing this aura means breaking your own poly (fantastic!) for the rest of its duration. What are enemy auras/abilities that you prioritize within your UI to see?
Also, how do you choose to do it? Do you use Gladius's aura prioritization list? In that case, I guess I'm after the auras/abilities that you rank as "5". Do you use Afflicted? In that case, which of their aura/interrupt/ability's durations do you monitor? And do you monitor only the duration of said ability, or do you monitor its cooldown as well?
Or do you use a different add-on, or different configuration of the default UI?

I just watch for the visual signs. I also keep my eye on my target's buffs/debuffs so i always notice if they have Hand of Sacrifice.
Moving on, things to note.
Concentration aura + Aura Mastery. A pally using aura mastery with that aura out means he can't be counterspelled. Nova/stun him instead.
Arcane mages just need to be counterspell/sheeped when they use AP
And stealing innervate can win healing wars if your lucky in 2's arena.
List is as follows:
Arcane Power
Innervate
Pain Suppression
Shield wall
Deterrance
Cloak of Shadows
Grounding Totem
spell reflect
Aura mastery

Nice, ty Bazar.
Also, I love your quote. I have no idea who Elbert Hubbard is, though. How about this one?
"It is easy to get everything you want, provided you first learn to do without the things you cannot get."
Eh. Not nearly as good.

Bladestorm
Lichbourne
Pain Suppression
Divine Shield
Shield Wall
Deterrence
Aura Mastery
Cloak of Shadows
Dispersion
Barkskin
and then all of my CC's of course, and I use Gladius to track these at a glance. The grounding totem thing is a damn good idea though, I need to add that...

You know, I've been wondering about Grounding Totem and the usefulness of monitoring it. I understand that if I'm in the middle of a frostbolt, I should just move and throw a quick ice lance. But what if I have a FoF proc? Should I wait out the Grounding Totem so I still get the FoF bonus, or should I just spend one of those procs taking down the totem and immediately re-engage DPS on the Shaman?
Is this what the top guys do in 3's? I mean, in many matchups (in 3's especially), you'll have to switch your team's DPS back and forth between one of their DPS and the healer. In the case that this is a Shaman, and he throws a grounding totem while I have FoF proc, should I just switch to the marked DPS and then back to the Shaman once his grounding totem has expired?

Also, I don't see any interrupts in either of your lists. Do you not have an add-on that monitors when their interrupting abilities become available to them? Like Counterspell for Mage, Wind Shear for Shaman, Spell Lock for Warlocks, etc.
Or are these lists for their cooldowns? After all, it's easy to see the visual cue for Dispersion, but then again, sometimes the healer is behind you while you're burning down your target...so it's still useful to see this with Afflicted.
