Question 1: Is this a for fun build, a heroics build, or a raiding build?
Question 2: (Not a quesrtion) Generally speaking, Healing Touch Builds arn't great, as most druids rely on their HoTs to provide a cushion of health for the tank. Nourish helps with big hits in that sort of play style.
However, if you are going to go through with this. I recommend getting the fastest heals possible. So that would mean stacking haste.
Glyph wise, I would take:
Healing TouchWild GrowthSwiftmendThe HT one, while lowering the amount of healing, also lowers the cast time. So, you'll be like a paladin spamming Flash of Light. Except you won't be nearly as mana efficient.
Gear wise:
You may want to pick up some balance druid gear. The crit and haste on it makes it the best kind for this type of build. Not to say that spirit isn't good, bigger and faster are better, however.
Also, once again, this is not a recommended build/play style. It may be possible, if your gear is super good, and you have a great tank, but otherwise no. It's a bad idea.
re-roll
Re-roll a pally if you want to spam single target heals.
