Cant finish installing (stuck on less than 1 minute)

Hello guys, I wanna get back to WoW after a couple months busy and Im trying to install the game in my notebook, since my desktop is gone. I dl'ed the installer on the website, version 1.4.0.250 but it always get stuck on the end of the process, "Downloading World of Warcraft files - less than 1 minute". It doesnt even open the install WOTLK screen.
I tried all i imagined but it didnt worked. So if anyone knows how to solve this problem please help me. Or at least if guys knows some direct link to download that can be paused I'll be very grateful. I cant download it on gamershell cause it cant be paused and im located in South America (=crappy internet).

Hmnm. Have you tried opening the installer using the "Run as administrator", option? I seem to recall having had a similar issue a while back, where the downloader just didn't have permission to deal with the setup. I had thought this was fixed, but it might be worth a shot. If that doesn't work I'd try deleting all the files it's downloaded and trying to download it again.

I don't know of a way to download it direct (short of turning off the p2p option in the downloader) but you may be able to borrow someone else's discs to install, or possibly pick up a trail DVD from a local store.

Yes, tried both tips before and tried again, no luck. I guess if i cant do it Im gonna need to import new copies from US =/
