What about Revenge? I though Sunder Armor/ Devastate generally weren't as good, since the application of stacks doesn't matter much for groups, and the multiple applying of stacks isn't sucha good glyph becuase you're using Devastate as a filler so you'll have 100% 5stack uptime anyway?
His glyph setup would be good for a 5-man tank. Cleaving is an excellent AoE threat glyph, and sunder armor is good for the same thing, since the extra sunder stack spread threat around on other mobs (yes, the sunder application produces threat). Devastate lets you get the stacks up faster and easier, which is nice if you swap targets to spread threat around. It also increases the threat of devastate.
For a raid tank, you'd definitely dump cleaving in most circumstances, and steer clear of sunder armor. Devastate, last stand, shield wall (only if also specced for it) are all good options for the two spots beside blocking. Heroic strike and revenge are possible too, but their usefulness has been overshadowed somewhat by the survivability glyphs especially.
Oh, and glyph of taunt is an important glyph for fights where you don't want your taunt to miss. Otherwise it's crap. Vigilance glyph is an excellent option if you are really having threat problems, but otherwise stay away from it.

Alright, so how is this for 5man tanking?

And how is this for raid single-target tanking?

Going deep in Fury to get the Imp Cleave talent isn't really that good.
Cleave
does weapon damage plus 222 bonus.
Imp Cleave
increases the
bonus damage
by 120%, so instead of 222 it does 266. That extra damage is pretty minimal, and certainly not worth blowing a bunch of extra points to get down into the fury tree.
In your raid spec, 3/3 Puncture is still not necessary.
Speccing for heroics really isn't a great plan. A raiding spec can do just as well in a heroic, and if you just spec for raiding you are good no matter what you want to do.
IMO, this is the base which all specs should grow from.
5/3/51
This leaves 12 points left over. Use those remaining points in any of the following skills, depending on what you want to do.
Imp Heroic Strike, Imp Charge, Impale, Deep Wounds
15/4/52
Imp Demo Shout, Commanding Presence, Cruelty
5/15/51
Imp Revenge, Imp Disciplines, Shield Spec
8/7/56

Glyph of Shield Wall isn't bad, but you really only should need to use it once during a fight (only exception i've found is maybe General V in Ulduar), and it's best to have more damage reduction than more frequent uses.
Glyphed and specced shield wall along with glyphed last stand allows you a reasonable set of cooldowns to rotate for bosses that have periodic nasty abilities. Glyph of last stand is nice in its own right, but glyph of shield wall is only worth it if you also spec it (otherwise losing the %reduction for a relatively minor cooldown reduction is not really worth it).
