OKay, last night I logged off and eveything looked normal, I just logged in a few muntes ago and now everything looks like a comic book I can't exactly explain it and Idk where to post a screenshot so I can provide a link, but basically the in the shadows, there is absolutely, like, no... texture blending.... I just took a screenshot but I don't know how to get it so you guys can access it...
It doesn't interfere with my gameplay ability directly but it is annoying to look at.
Edit: here's the link:

It's not as evident in the screenshot as it is in the game.

Your color depth has been changed in windows. If you're running XP, right click the desktop and go to properties, and then in the last tab (display settings) move the slider marked color depth all the way to the right (32bit).
I can't recall off the top of my head where the appropriate setting is in Vista or Win7, but it should exist someplace.

Hmm, I was gonna try what you said to do but, I went to visual settings and it's already at 32bit... I really should have done this first but, should I run the repair program?

You can, though the only cause I've ever seen for that issue (i've had it myself a few times) is the color depth thing... Check the color depth in wow as well (esc -> video -> multisampling).

That was it, The ingame multisampling was at 1x, I switched it to 4x and it is gone for the most part. Thx for the help =)

No it wasn't it is still the same... I'm just gonna deal with it and move on though.

Well, what I meant was that it should be set to "24bit multisampling" rather than something else.

I can comfortably tell you it's not your graphics settings. This is the result of a broken file, so what needs to be done is the following:
Delete WTF, Interface, and Cache files.
Should it still be there, run WoW repair.
This has happened to me several times, and doing what I just mentioned always has cleared it up.
TYVM!
