I loved Gromm but i hate Garrosh...Thrall is way better than Garrosh.

I belive Garrosh's behavior has confirmed in issue #15
I haven't found anything in the comics that delves into Garrosh's motives, other than war for war's sake, unless there's something past issue #21 about it.
He has heard stroys about how orcs and humans have fought for generations, and to find out one day that we might be sharing the same citys was a big "WTF?" to him.
I think issue #16 is what you're referring to here, where Thrall, Garrosh, and Reghar are in Grommash Hold talking about relations with the Alliance. Nowhere is it implied that the Orcs and Humans would ever be sharing a city. "Cooperative Coexistence" I believe is the phrase you're referring to. But all this means is that the Horde and the Alliance could work together out of necessity, if they so wished.
Also, at the scourge event in Orgrimmar, when Garrosh and Thrall fought, I belive Garrosh was simply offended by Thrall talking about Grom's mistakes, in all honesty, I may have done the same if my dad died to protect someone who talks like that about him...I can understand him being upset and offended, but this is the only mention of Grom that Garrosh
ever
makes. It doesn't imply that he's trying to live up to his father's name or what is expected of him. It doesn't prove that Garrosh is anything more than what we've seen: A hateful, warmongering idiot.
And seeing as how Grom blamed the Alliance for losing Garrosh, Garrosh likely blamed the Alliance for Grom's leaving. This is probably true, but it's not shown anywhere. Any deduction that you can make of this is only an inferred deduction, with no substantial proof whatsoever. Until there's something more concrete about this being the reason he so hates the Alliance, it's still only speculation.

I actually like Garrosh...
*hides from the flame thrower*
I think his impulsive actions are what make the horde great. In the end getting all fed up over politicians, and politics is lame, even more so in a video game.
Another point, why have Thrall? He's essentially a lame-duck president. Nothing has come of his rule, because of that, we should welcome change, not run from it.
Despite saying you like Garrosh for being a thug who acts impulsively (since its known an impulsive leader is doomed to fail) the fact you then dismiss Thrall calling him a lame duck, and even say
nothing has come from his rule?
... Sorry but ppl like you really arn't able to see the greater picture, given the horde now and its 5 races, its cities and union, and all its done under Thralls leadership, it was because of him, and the orcs redeemed themselves because of him, the tauren and trolls found salvation in his actions, and even the forsaken and blood elves found strength from being in his horde.
Like Garrosh sure, thats your choice, but don't dismiss the best thing that happened to the horde because you want a reason to start a fight with the alliance.

Like I've said, I'll throw my hat into the "Fans of Garrosh" ring if he gets fleshed out a little more character-wise. Right now, he's shallow as far as character development goes, and I can't like any character that I find shallow.
I'll agree that his impulse is a little refreshing because it makes the Horde seem more active, just like Varian does with the Alliance. But Garrosh lacks the character development that Varian has.
But I want to point out:
Another point, why have Thrall? He's essentially a lame-duck president. Nothing has come of his rule, because of that, we should welcome change, not run from it.
Thrall broke the orcs free from the internment camps, led them away from their demonic bloodlust and brought them back to shamanism, founded a the New Horde, established a home for the orcs on Kalimdor, and brought the Horde into an age of prosperity that it has never seen before. You can't say that nothing has come from his rule, because it isn't true. And you can't say we should steer away from it, because all of it has been good.
Just because there hasn't been a full-blow war with the Alliance, doesn't mean that nothing has happened. I would liken what Thrall has done for the Horde to the Renaissance.
And if you're saying that he hasn't done much in WoW, then much the same can be said for the other faction leaders as well. If you want to throw inactivity out there, the same can be said for Tyrande, Magni, Gelbin, Vol'jin, Lor'themar, and Cairne. In fact, by their standards of inactivity in WoW, Thrall has been the
most
active faction leader.

uh uh, nah, Garrosh = George Bush.
Thrall as Leonidas though thats a good one, its very fitting.
I honestly find it sickening that ppl say they think Thrall has done nothing for the horde, when he has done everything for them. The horde fell apart and dispersed after the first war, and it became a weak shadow of its once savage (and stupid) self.
Thrall came and freed his people from there debilitation and gave them cause to stand and fight. He lead his people in building a society, which grew stronger then the horde ever was with the union of Tauren and Trolls.. and obviously unlike Doomhammers union, Thralls one actully worked.
Orgirmmar was built because of Thrall. The tauren joined as one with all tribes together under Thralls horde and built a refuge for them. The trolls, well without a city to call there own, would have died without what he did.
Then theres the blood elves and forsaken. Though shady compared to orcs, tauren and trolls, both these races would never have stood a chance on there own, with the alliance breathing down there necks and the scourge not far behind. Thrall even gave refuge to them and the horde because stronger for it.
I really can not fathom how someone can say they believe Thrall is a weak leader when he isn't, its like saying america didn't need george washington...

While under Garrosh's rule we have a stronger presence in Kalimdor, (almost effectively removing Alliance presence) and have fortified the great city of Orgrimmar.I wouldn't call clear cutting Ashenvale forest and starting up the war with the Night Elves at the same time as the greatest threat to Azeroth returns is a good thing..... that's actually an Idiotic thing. Myself, I'm hoping the Warsong get's wiped out by a Dragon assault or something.
