Characters: Miriam & Av'Ka
Location: Thunderbluff
Miri's eyebrow went up at the mension of 'lovely ladies', but she wasn't going to reject a compliment just because she was dead. She looked at Av'ka, seeing if she would reply for them. When the troll made it clear she was still uncomfortable and was going to stay silent, Miriam sighed and answered. "Shopped. Bought some new clothing, some food, some armor, some materials for our proffesions."
Suddenly, Av'ka's eyes widened and she looked at Miri with a worried, confused look on her face. "What is it?" Miriam questioned.
Av'ka glanced at the elf before leaning in and whispering in Miriams ear. "I... an elder wants to talk to me. She sent me a message through the wind... I must go. It's my duty... this is important, I can feel it. Love you Miri, I will meet you at the inn later tonight." The troll gave the forsaken a quick hug, and a quick wave to Sylos.
He had a confused look on his face, so Miriam explained quickly. "An elder wants to talk to her," she shrugged. Alabast laid his large head on her legs, and she poured a bit of her beer into his mouth, which he licked contently before smiling up at her with longing eyes. "No, no more you glutton, that was a treat," she laughed. Taking a sip of it herself, she looked back at Sylos. "So tell me a bit about yourself," she smiled.

Character: Feng Greatpaw
Location: Sun Rock Retreat, Stonetalon Mountains
As Feng looked at the people within the village, now only a few yards away, he saw saddened faces. Even the stoic Orcs held there looked as if some great calamity had befallen them. They looked as if loved ones had just recently perished, as if life itself was barely worth living. He had read that the Orcs were a savage, but proud and honorable people. But these people... they were but shells of their former selves.
The Troll stopped and motioned for Feng to stay, "Wait here, I gonna go talk ta da gaurd-captain. We gotta bunch o' refugees outta Durotar living here, I gotta make sure it be fine if ya stay a bit."
Feng obeyed, and watched the Troll speaking to the large Tauren, pointing his way, and looking. After a nod from the guard, the Troll waved him over.
He strolled through the square, people eying him inquisitively, others gaping in awe at him. Surely many knew of the Pandaren people. Chen Stormstout had aided the Horde some years ago. Perhaps these people believed they would not see another Pandaren for a very long time, if at all.
The Troll led him to a very large tent of Tauren make. Inside were people lining up for food, water, and supplies. They made their way toward the back of the tent, where a very old looking Tauren was seated, filling out ledgers and documents. The Troll got the attention of the Tauren, and spoke. "Mor, I found dis Pandaren walkin our way. He got some questions fo ya."
With that, the Tauren looked up and indicated for Feng to sit, and told the Troll to return to his duties. Feng sat comfortably and waited for the Tauren to finish writing before speaking. "My name is Feng Greatpaw. I have been sent from Pandaria to investigate the origin of a tsunami that devastated our coastal regions some months ago."
The Tauren nodded, and spoke, "I am pleased to meet you, Feng, but I am very busy, and must make this short. We have many refugees to take care of, and these documents account for all of them. If they are not completed, we will not be able to receive enough supplies for them," he drew a breath, and continued, "The tsunami you speak of, it was not only Pandaria that was devastated. Six moons ago, the Dragon Aspect Deathwing rose from his home in the elemental planes. With him, came a portion of the planes themselves. Deepholme, the plane of Earth, rose to the surface. And with that, came the tsunami, and destruction. The Barrens has been sundered, Thousand Needles is flooded, most of our coastal towns and cities were destroyed utterly."
Feng stared in shock.
Deathwing... No.
He gathered his mind quickly, and posed another question. "Do you, by chance, know of the Pandaren Settlement near the western shore of these mountain ranges?"
The Tauren nodded in reply.
"I was also sent to return the settlers to the Empire, but upon my discovery of the village..." he choked a bit on his words, "It was destroyed. Homes and buildings were blackened with ash, as were the bones of the people who lived there. Have you had any contact with survivors? Do you know what could have done such a thing to my people?"
The Tauren looked gravely at the Pandaren, and replied. "It could have been many things that destroyed your people and the Settlement. The Burning Blade Clan has been active in the south, the Twilight's Hammer in the north... I cannot say for certain. I am sure that you will wish to leave to investigate this further. I will ask you to stay for the night, have a meal, and restock your supplies. I will write you in as a refugee under an orcish pseudonym."
Feng nodded and thanked the Tauren, then left the tent.

Character: Thorlan Breaker
Location: Loch Modan
Thorlan spun closer to the tree, knowing he was going to have to prepare for impact. He closed his eyes and turned his head away, instantly hit with an assault of limbs arounds the tree with their leaves. The branches whipped at him and cut him, though luckily not killing him since the ends of the branches had slowed him down enough before he got to the center.
Thorlan crashed to a halt when he ran into a thick branch, his breath knocked out of him and gasping for air.
"Hate... this all..,"
Thorlan thought, trying to regain his breath still.

Character: Feng Greatpaw
Location: Sun Rock Retreat, Stonetalon Mountains
Feng finished his breakfast and began to pack his belongings. He hadn't slept much. The dreams... nightmares he had made sure of it. He had seen the smoke, felt the flames, and heard the screams of pain from the innocent settlers. He shook the image from his mind and continued his work.
Perhaps I may be able to find some survivors... but where might they go?
Then an idea struck him.
Chen spoke often of the Horde and aiding Rexxar, perhaps the settlers fled to Orgrimmar during the calamity.
Again he donned his armor and weaponry, and set forth to the Wind Rider Master.

"W-What is going on!" Morec tried to steady himself as the earth trembled. He looked up into the sky and saw a massive, black dragon flying overhead.
Deathwing
.
Morec glared at the beast. "Arise, Pebblekeeper!" he yelled, using his power to pull a ghoul from the ground. "Serve your master!"
As the ghoul crawled from the earth, several dragonkin dropped down in front of him. "You will serve me in death," Morec said, he gripped the hilt of his runeblade and attacked.

Thunderbluff
Morec felt no pain as the dragon attacked him. He was already dead. How could he?
"No," he told the beast, "just persistant." Pebblekeeper jumped on the dragon's back and began to rip away at the beast's scales. Morec then jumped to his feat and
jabbed his sword at the dragon's heart
.
(( No, god-moding here, he still has a chance to get away. ))

Character:
Captain of the Bluffwatchers
Location:
Thunderbluff, Mulgore
"FIRE!" The cry rang around the city, and the Black screamed as the battlista's fired, the massive arrowheads tearing into them and killing several, wounding others. "Reload!" The Captain cried, his men; elves orcs trolls and tauren, charged forward, a shaman encasing a wounded Black's head in stone and crushing it, the mages using concentrated blasts to knock wounded Blacks and Dragonkin off the edge.
"FIRE!" Came again, and a new flurry of bolts fired, the dragons wheeling away, but still more falling. "I don't know why they think they can take our home, but I'll be damned if I let them." The Captain snarled, calling for another reload.

Character: Feng Greatpaw
Location: Durotar
The flight had taken a relatively short time, and Feng could now see some of the details of Orgrimmar. It looked as a truly fearsome city. The dark iron plating of the ramparts and buildings and the menacing spikes made it look like something out of a savage dream. It almost reminded him of the descriptions he had read of the buildings that the Horde built during the Second War.
As he drew closer, he noticed hundreds of wyverns pouring forth from a great tower in the center of the city and heading his way. He quickly descended, thinking that they were coming for him.
As he landed, they flew over, not diverting in their course westward. He wondered where they could be heading.

You want to fight in the sky
? he though, glaring at the dragon.
Then so be it
. "Umbragos! Your master summons you!"
A massive Frost Wrym flew down from the sky and Morec climbed onto its back, Pebblekeeper did too. "We have a dragon to kill," he told the undead dragon, and the beast took off into the sky.
