Is it written anywhere canon when Garrosh gets Gorehowl?

He's given the axe by Thrall during the Shattering....which
is also written by Golden
so that mistake is even worse on another level.

Just finished War Crimes; it was much better than I expected and feared.

Is it widely agreed upon that the ranks of the Farstriders extend beyond just hunters to rogues and warriors, or is it more of a case by case scenario that's contested and not unanimous? Specifically I'm curious about shield bearers as I love the warrior class but also the rangery feel, but I don't want to have to fight for my right to call myself a Farstrider every time I run into someone from a different guild or something.
Thanks :)

Since standard equipment
are bows, crossbows, swords and polearms, that should give you a good start. As for the shield bearers, those are not Farstriders; those are Spellbreakers for the most part or followers of the Blood Knights....or just plain Knights to be honest.

Blood elf warriors feel kinda spellbreakerish. Though fury can be kinda astride if DW one handed swords.
The farstriders are masters of guerilla warfare. Not knights clashing on a field.
But don't worry spellbreakers are assum.
Also some battle mages use shield.

I still think its total BS that the shield and weapon of the spellbreakers is STILL not available in-game.

And I think it's BS that I can't get
this
for my NE or see it on sentinels.
Face it, beond human and orc there isn't enought "racial" gear.
Though blood elf got a bit in BC and pandarens in MoP.
(and when is loincloth coming?)

Random tangent, but watching comments at Wowinsider regarding the name of Go'el...and realized, that the Orcs who are meant to be shamans(and male) seem to have a naming thing going on; Drek'thar, Gul'dan, Ner'zul, Med'an(what, it counts to a point). Pity we don't know the names of more of the shamans of the original Orc Clans to find out for certain or not.

And those ment to be blademasters got japanese names? Samuro and a few other.
Thrall had blue eyes, a shamanistic signature acording to orcs. Might be what gives that naming formula.

That may just be flavouring;
pretty much all of the Warcraft 3 ones follow it,
but the Horde/Fel Horde/Neutral go back and forth between non-Japanese naming and following the path naming.

Possible the ones with japanese names might been trained from birth to be blademasters whilst the others picked up the trade later and thus don't follow the naming pattern.

this sounds like the more likely explanation.

Possibly...but I'm still leaning towards the flavouring thing, since a large majority of them are random named heroes, just like how one of the random Death Knight Heroes had the last name of Rivendare in Warcraft 3.
Though, there is no real naming theme for Orcs after all, beyond that there is no 'Steve' for them lol.

On Argus - the former homeworld of the Draenei, now the stronghold of the Burning Legion - Azzakel waits, poised for a servant of the Legion to open a portal to one of the countless worlds they seek to invade. As Soulbinder Nyami lowers the defenses of Auchindoun, Azzakel senses that his services will soon be employed towards the destruction of the holiest of Draenei temples.
Does this mean we get a glimpse of Argus?

Prob not.

Well, interesting tidbits.
There's gonna be an evil faction of Draenei in WoD.
The Sargerai - Twisted in the service of the Shadow Council, these Draenei have sacrificed much in pursuit of power.
Note that these folks are NOT Man'ari Eredar. These are regular draenei that lost their faith, and became turncoats to the shadow council. I guess the council must be pretty desperate to accept draenei in their ranks, since in Alternate!Draenor they're not the ruling body of the horde.
Most importantly however, it seems that garrosh is gonna be the final boss of a scenario. "The Might of the Horde" and "The Might of the Alliance" respectively. Where we team up with Durotan/Yrel to confront Garrosh, on the ancestral homeland of the Warsong Clan. Grommashar, which is located in Nagrand. Interestingly, one of the sub-bosses on this scenario is Durn the Hungerer, whom the Iron Horde has tamed and enslaved to be the guardian of their ancestral lands.
For the love of all that's holy PLEASE let us kill him this time blizzard. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >_<
If he escapes or somehow manages to get out of there with his heart still beating, I swear to god I'm gonna
FLIP OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
