Sorry for switching the topic but I just found out something that made my jaw drop.
I know this is datamined stuff, so massive tons of salt are needed, after all, this could end up like the stromgarde scenario, but good god............

Looks like warriors get their own quest chain next.

Too early to say that yet, but if its true, and it involves saurfang, I'm willing to powerlevel a warrior just for the privilege of being schooled by the Man himself.

Seems like it's faction specific if saurfang is involved.
We'll likely see crowley in the alliance version.

again, too early to tell. For all we know, it could just be like the stromgarde scenario thingie, its not even in the wowhead database, because its just a datamined quest that even has placeholder objectives. I'm holding out hopes but I'm also well aware that none of this could be implemented considering how much of an early draft the whole thing is.

Da faq?
Funny how Blood Elves, the most manga-esque race in WoW, are not present in this machinima. Apparently they're not monstrous enough for the creator to throw them in with the rest of the Horde.

Well yeah, there are no pretty titans; so having them in there wouldn't make much sense.

Who might dabble in necrotic magic? anyone? i want my paladin to become a necromancer.
Necromancy, as well as fel magic, are available to most anyone, with varying degrees of success. Comes with being the magical equivalent of heavy drugs, I suppose.
why does the 'Original' death knight in black temple have wings? i realise why he doesnt work under arthas' rule but the wings... isnt that a bit demonic?
You answered your own question. Death knights Mk. I were focused less on warfare and more on magic because they were orc warlocks inhabiting human corpses. Their magic was far more focused on fel as opposed to the necromancy of Mk. II and Mk. III.
Who becomes death knights, from what i can gather its not your average hick, they become ghouls or skeleton servants, hero types become death knights, but why do all heroes retain most of the former bodies?
Ghouls and skeleton servants are product of 'field' raising that even a novice necromancer can do. Raising a death knight, on the other hand, is a much more delicate process; the goal is not your average brainless zombie, but an ultimate soldier AND general. Death knights taking their origins in slain heroes retain their memories and skills, so that they might utilize it in service to the Scourge.
Then there are those who have struck a pact with the Lich King whilst still alive. Even though their usage of necromancy and proximity to their vampiric runeblades robs them of their soul and gradually turns them undead, technically it is only after their first death that they truly become, well, undead.

Necromancy is the only magic in the Warcraft universe that even someone without any magical power at all could pick up.

Go look at their pages on Wowpedia; that is what I did, and they are given strange names for the purposes of the game. They are mages, they use a type of arcane magic to cast their spells, and it's really that simple. Hell, we fight two of them as bosses, and one uses Fire Elementals while the other use nothing but arcane abilties.

The high Astromancer in The eye apears as if she is a wielder of the void, like a warlock uses fel she uses the dark powers of the void. Given her "metamorphis".
