Tyrande is here.
Edit: Not a bad story, and while nice to give us an idea of the actual destruction of the original Feathermoon....meh over all; too much jumping around, and way too much angst, what angst...../sigh

ANGST. ANGST. ANGST.
So much angst. Where would be without it.
this is why I'm scared of the future of Jaina, :S I'll keep my fingers crossed, but considering how they've butchered sylvannas and Tyrande beyond recognition, its doubtfull the future of jaina is anything brighter than an angsty chronic-depressive wife-nanny of a psychopathic man-child.

Garona

Garona
lets see:
A: retconned her from being a half-human/half-orc hybrid to being a draenei/orc one.
B: Retconned her to being medivh's lover, and then mother of the biggest fail of a character this ficticional universe has ever known (May we pray that he never EVER shows his ugly head in the game)
C: relegated as an obscure character never to poke her head again until cataclysm, and even then just to have a minor role.
yhea, I dont think she fared that much better to the other girls of wow.
Is like Zaela, or Aponi, doomed to stay in the kitchen, be killed off, or be corrupted.
and those are the brightest futures for them. The bad ones include being "Knaakified" into grotesque caricatures of their former selves, and being the shadow of someone else.
I mean, seriously, how hard would it be to have her pull a "maiev" on us and finish off cho'gall while marking how she's now free from the twilight hammer? aparently very hard.

Apparently hard. Of course, just like Al'akir and Malygos; the first group of raid bosses never truely gets the attention they deserve.

villain not a protagonist.

;
Maly at least had Alex giving a saddened speech about how terrible it was to have him killed.
It would had been truly awesome if Cho'gall had Garona showing up at the last 10% or so, where she helps us kill him, and then make some sort of comment on how she finnaly is free from the last one who held the control-remote to her brain.

Ah, Blizzard. Their inability to create decent
female characters
will eventually stab them in the back.

Someone mentioned raid bosses.
I did. Now that I look at it, it was a bit off-topic. And that was back in Classic WoW, when the game was fresh and the ammount of time it took to gain access to a raid allowed for a massive ammount of story to be told. We have seen such a degrading of such story progression since then, starting the most with Wrath.

Quick question:
What exsisting dragons could take DW's place after he died? I don't think we have a single nice black or twilight...

Matter of fact we have a single nice black.
A long quest chain in Badlands involving red dragon
Rhea
ends up with us having a purified black dragon egg.

There exists a single pure, uncorrupted black dragon egg.
In time, asuming its female, the black dragonflight can be rebuilt.
Other than that, no, the other black dragons are
indoctrinated
completely crazy due to the old gods.

What are the chances of converting the twilight dragons?
I'm just afraid of an ass pull with the Nethers taking over...

But Nethers are AWWW-SUM.

Yeah, but they don't really fit with the idea of "earth wardens"...
Maybe if their models got an overhaul to look better.
