I was thinking of continuing my The Forgotten Keeper to get in touch with this forum again, but it turns out Vezax WAS NOT Tyr. Well, @#$%. I have an idea for another though, and maybe this time I won't use such weighty lore characters.

Hey guys, maybe someone who's seen the RPG books can help me.
In an upcoming fanfic, one character may turn out to be a dual wielding paladin. Would such a thing be considered possible and/or Sue-ish?
Of course it's possible. It's literally just a Paladin that picked up two weapons, lore wise it's almost silly that they can't. Just don't make him a fury warrior with light powers as well. Also, it might be cool to incorporate the fact he doesn't fit the norm in the story, like he's frowned upon by whatever paladin community he might know for it, because they consider it dishonorable or whatnot.

He would probably be looked with a tiny bit of disdain by the old Silver Hand - a bunch of excruciatingly pure guys with hammers - but not the new. As far as I'm concerned, the other Paladins wouldn't care.
Well, a lot of the Argent Crusade were old Silver Hand members I believe, as well as the Scarlet Crusade.

So, I was cruising the MMO Cata forums and stumbled across a thread which highlighted these
two
spells
. (
Spoilers?
)
Yes, I think that
happens in the Twilight Highlands. I've seen a
picture
of it.
EDIT: BTW... I told you this would happen MWAHAHAHAH!
EDIT 2: So you're telling me those tooltips aren't meant to make spoilers?
Not surprised that Alexstraza an Deathwing are fighting, it made sense. But does that mean Alexstraza loses and we have to kill Deathwing ourselves, or that she helps in the fight?
Also, is that thing an Old God, or at least Old God affiliated (it is Twilight Highlands) and is Deathwing still under their influence (whether he knows it or not). Personally, 'the Dark One' is not how I'd describe Death Wing, and I don't see him Shadow-Flaming anyone into becoming his slave, using magic to make slaves seems like Old God 'biz.
Or is it generic Cthulhu-spawned tentacle monster number sixteen?

Long as he's not duel wielding double 2 handed maces or the like, not really.

Not surprised in the least. I actually agree, I was very iffy when I started it, but it was fun to write. :(

So we'll meet them later on, both alive? Why did they spontaneously just go, "THE PLAYERS WILL NOT GET LOOTS IF WE DO NOT STOP NOW!" Usually, battles end for a reason.

Mainly because we don't know anything about it beyond the image of them fighting in the sky, and a pair of buffs/debuffs.

Warcraft Death Knight, and the first volume of the Sunwell Trilogy has a quick recap of the War. But there is no novelization of it.

Not really; the Last Guardian has the First War as a sub-section, and beyond one chapter, they don't fight orcs.
