What if I change it to 'what time is it in WoW overseas?'. Would that be better?

No, it's not Lore related. :P
Ask in the Randomness OOC thread, or a Q&A for an RP.

Oh well, I got my answer now anyways :p
But to make up for it, here's a Lore-related question; Now that the Royal Apocathery Society has been put under watch, it's probable that a lot of their more 'immoral' actions might be discovered. Could it possibly be made undone? (I forgot the right word for that). I mean, like the Horde would order them to cease their activities.

The immoral activities, besides for the ones where they use live subjects to test a biological weapon of mass murder? I hope to God you're not going to bring us back to the "Do they murder children?" topic, as their has been no hard evidence for it (Except for one female being called a girl, very flimsy because she was also called a woman and people often call their juniors girl/boy, while rarely will someone call a girl a woman.)

If we were under Garrosh already, I'd probably subscribe to the "don't care" explanation, but being as Thrall's not out of office yet...

Reasons that "there must always be a Lich King":
The undead would group together in a giant zerg-like swarm and roflstomp anything in their way. After all, the Scourge under the Lich King works like an army, and all of its strategy is based on military advantages and such. Without the Lich King, they would be less organized, but more of a threat to anything that's immediately in their way.
It really would be a pain in the ass to take on such a swarm, and lots of people would die even if a new Lich King isn't totally necessary.
Anyone else got any ideas?

Any army of anything that's less organized is less dangerous from a tactical standpoint. That's why there's the old saying "If you cut the head from the snake, the body dies." Now, granted, if there wasn't a Lich King to control the Scourge, they would run rampant, meaning all of the armies in Northrend would have to stay there for quite awhile.
I can think of two reasons that Blizzard might keep a Lich King up there:
So that, with the Scourge under control, Blizzard can move back into the Horde and Alliance killing each other, rather than the Scourge.
So that they have a cop-out baddie sitting up in Northrend for whenever they need it. By cop-out, I mean they could easily have thought of something else, rather than keeping the Lich King in play.

But yeah; it's one thing to think of them as a Zerg rush... but the Zerg turned on each other when the Overminds went down and ripped themselves apart as much as they ripped into the Terrans and the Protoss. You see in game that certain breeds of Scourge don't like each other, so it would probably happen that way as well. And seeing as most of the Scourge is more or less sealed into Northrend, how would they be a threat to Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms?

The mindless undead have tactics that few of us could ever understand. Plus, there's still intelligent Undead in the ranks of the Scourge. With a workforce that is untiring, they could easily take over, lead their lessers in a "suicidal" rush to most capital cities, where they'd just raise everyone who's dead and start anew.
As for the problem of transportation? Kill a goblingineer, raise it. Voilà.
Yeah but where is this sudden influx of Scourge coming from? Between what we do all through the leveling, destroying Naxx, and then marching into the Citadel, slaughtering and killing everything in our path.... where is this new army of billions who are going to kill us all coming from?

This goes back to that old addage "Cut the head from the snake and the body dies." We know there are many among the Scourge that have ambitions of their own. Each of them would turn on one another in a heartbeat, if they knew it could allow them a greater foothold of power. Before one of them could establish themselves as the greatest power, the forces they would have used in doing so would essentially make them need a new plague to replenish.
As for transportation, that would be simple. Necropoli can float across the oceans easily, not to mention that the Scourge could build boats just as easily as the Horde or Alliance or any other faction could.
But back to the first note, it would take years to build up the force needed to make the Scourge powerful again. So, if we ever see a return to them as a threat, it won't be until the next installment of the Warcraft series, more than likely. I still think it's a cop-out though...

My sentiments exactly, I was ranting to Adams about it on MSN. :P
