I have no twink character. I am not against it, though. Maybe in the 19s bracket it could be more harm then good, because it is the level in which Beta accounts have access to BGs, and yes, many will be somehow discouraged. To me, however, the better, it is a nice whiner filter ("QQQQQ i deid me leaves game"). Anyways, it has been solved with exp/non exp bgs by blizz. It is fine now.
The less QQers, The more newbs and not noobs, the better the game ends. The better for us.

I think they balanced out the idea of twinking since battleground XP was introduced. You can still get all the best gear and start BGs as soon as you hit 18. You still get alot of fun out of it until you actually ding past the level bracket and you don't stay the same level forever.
Both sides win: Non-twinks don't get facerolled by the same people day after day (hahahaha), and twinks can still own people for a relatively extended time period (took me around 20ABs/20 WSGs to go from 48-50).
