A new one for me is Off, hell even main tanks who feel that they MUST have ALL the mobs on them at ALL times.
Was doing Ony10 where a DK tank was the OT and he spammed taunt and death grip like they were macroed to his auto attack key.

OT, maybe:
i recently started an ele-shaman (level 68 now). i used to play a prot-warrior and a discipline priest, so i have some knowledge in healing and tanking (5man heroic and raiding). i have done utgarde keep a couple of times now and i HATE bad tanks. some players have no idea when it's the right time to pull or how to hold aggro. i just hate it =)
i personally love to chain pull mobs. when i have enough aggro i just charge into the next pack so that there's no or only few downtimes. that requires a skilled healer to some extend of course

Whenever the DPS or healer begins to criticize my tanking.
"I can let you tank, want to see how long you last in your cloth armor? I love to make a betting game out of your misfortune and use the winnings to pay for my armor repair!"
Or backseat group leaders, the kind that assume everyone knows nothing and that you need some sort of handicap. I enjoy the help, just not when they start telling me how to incorrectly spec for my class.

Or backseat group leaders, the kind that assume everyone knows nothing .
I hate to say it, but i probably fall into this catagorey when i'm healing or on my DK. It's just because, as a tank, i've had
so
many pug's where the others really didn't know what they were doing.
Still, i can't be all bad. At least i'm not stupid enough to dps in frost presence or use DG without the tank asking or the mob being on the healer. I also don't use AoD unless asked and as a healer i sit back, shut up and let the tank get on with it. =)
Pet hates: dps who don't have Omen or don't use it, dps who don't follow kill orders, dps telling me to slow down (the lasst one usually get "Hurry up, your missing the kills!" as a reply. Just to wind 'em up).

Don't feel bad. Hell I play a pally and a bear. (they are ok but since I am main heal I play them seldom)
anyway pally tank with a smart a$$ lock, I am pulling. I loose agro...NO JOKE YOU MORON quit intercepting with that damn fel before the mobs even get to me.
OR a bear who can not get massive agro in the first 3 seconds of a fight like a pally or warrior can.
HEY count to five before you...OH CRAP NOT AGAIN
I spend most of my time healing, druid and shamy a little pally heal. All classes can tank but they do it differently.
The main problem is the others that I really suspect have never tanked anything, or healed either.
They are deeps and they are great and the world revolves around them.
