What Open said, although not sure what the enormous bonus of staying behind the opponent is in PvP (I realise slightly less avoidance, but it's not that enormously important is it?).
DK Macros on AJ
.
But yeah, until you learn to play with keybindings, and can control your movement properly, you're going to struggle with killing anything.
When your attacking from behind i don't think you can be dodged, or parried or blocked or anything else like that. So there must be some sort of an advantage.
Oh and the fact that you are behind them and so they can't hit you either.

whatever runeforging I thought looked cool.
/castsequence
I don't even have a DK, but from my knowledge of this game I know that you shouldn't pick an enchantment/runeforging for looks, and cast sequences aren't a good idea at all when it comes to PvP. Say you get hit with a Blind in the middle of your sequence, what will you do? Just start all over again and hope they don't stun or fear you? You need to use what skill will be the most effective at that moment, not whats coming up next in your macro.
Not trying to flame you here, just give you good advice (at least I think it is) that will help you in the future.
