i have already leveled up to around 18 as human but more and more i keep thinking to level dranei. i just got hand of freedom which i didnt know existed and its basically like the gnome escape artist. soo does that make the human every man for himself obsolete ?

not obsolete at all. It really depends on what you like to do though.
EMFH is perhaps more of a bonus if you plan on doing more pvp. It certainly has PvE uses though.
What humans have going for them is the rep bonus.
Personally, I think the +1% hit to be so valuable when making a class like a paladin that the rep bonus is something I am willing to pass up.
Once you hit 80, yeah a bonus to rep is nice...but once you get your reps down, the +1% hit will always be with you and you will be happy you have it.
+3 expertise to swords and maces is nice too (for humans) but I still prefer the +1% hit that draenai have.
And of course that bonus to hit is also useful to others not just yourself.
this is an excellent post. provided some good insight. but isnt the 1% hit only equal like 20 or 30 hit at level 80? its cool that it gives it to others in the group, that would probably push me for it. as for the rep bonus, yeah its worthless once you hit exalted with everybody, and honestly i would like to do that but i can barely stay with one character long enough to see them to 80, let alone 40. i do have the 2 leather and 2 cloth melee and caster xp heirlooms plus a heirloom sword so leveling back to 18 isnt a big deal.

In my opinion, that hit % only comes in handy until you barely gear. With ToC and H ToC being a breeze plus the surplus of other items available now, the hit cap is so easy to gain. You'd spend way more time questing Argent Crusade, Ebon Hold, and Sons for the head and shoulder enchants.
By the time you are reaching endgame stuff, you'll reach the hit cap without evening trying and that's the only time it really counts.

i am not working or going to school right now, in a little bit of a hiatus, gotta fill the time with something!

Generally, you will always have a Draenei in your raid, so the 1% hit is meh (i.e. you'll have it as a Draenei, or Human, or Dwarf, or whatever).
Go with whatever you think looks coolest.
Group wide, not raid wide. Sometimes I am that "token Draenei" on my hunter.

Ret PvP: Human
Ret PvE: Draenai
Prot PvP: Human
Prot PvE: Dwarf (is Stoneform considered better than expertise?)
Holy PvP: Human
Holy PvE: Human
If you're looking at Alliance only, that is.

imo
human=dps/pvp/overachiever (+3 sword/mace spec, racial trinket, +15% rep gains)
dwarf=tank/dps (stoneform, +5 mace spec)
draenei=heals (gift of the naaru)
then again racials will get a reworking in cataclysm and to what extent we do not know

dwarf makes you never go back!
No more truthful words ever spoken, if you like racials go otherwise but the cool dudes in alliance are dwarfs.
Dwarwen ale FTW!

Tanking: Dwarf. Stoneform is awesome and so is +5 expertise. Hit doesn't matter for tanks, expertise does (to reduce parry hasted attacks).
DPS: Dwarf. 5 expertise wins here, too. Humans are a close second with 3 expertise. Draenei are in between (1% hit = 4 expertise) but since in any serious raid you should have a Draenei in your group this doesn't really count.
Healing: Draenei. A free heal is better then nothing, Human spi doesn't really help a Paladin and exp /hit is useless for healers.
PvP: No idea but I'd guess the human racial ist the most useful.
That's purely from the efficiency point of view. However I find dwarves to be extremely ugly and I don't want to play one. I also think that Draenei look a lot better then Humans and so my Paladin is a Draenei ;) I also like being the one supporting the group with that 1% hit aura instead of leeching it off people, simply hoping that others will provide it for me.

To be honest, what it really comes down to is this:
Male: Dwarf.
Female: Draenei or human.
$%^& racial bonuses, looking badass is way more important.

If everyone thinks they are going to have a "hit-bot"-draenei will the race not just die out and thereby make everyone loose the buff? The argument is that you will always have a draenei even in 5 man or 10 man. Depending on everyone else and not be willing to bring sacrifices yourself is never a good idea.
As for the expertise the dwarf expertise is only for maces. Yes it is awwwwsome but seeing as there are no mace drops in ToC(correct me if wrong) this seems a little useless? Seeing this guy might never reach endgame with the pala it might not make a difference, but saying that dwarf is partout best for Ret seems a bit too much.
