I refuse to buy them in the AH. It's too easy to buy them with Honour Points at level 80.
Usually though, you'll see someone announce say Dreadstones in /2 at 160g a piece, then by the time everyone has finished undercutting eachother, it's about 90g.
The biggest problem I find with Jewelcrafting now is that a lot of JC's in my Realm actually will not link skills or cut gems for people, as cutting a raw gem only nets them a small tip. Selling a pre cut one they made makes them substantially more.
Economics I guess, but it's a little frustrating.

Also, prices for green gems, I swear they've tripled. Especially the ones used to make Icy Prisms.

I was just wondering how much the uncrafted epic gems are selling for on your realm.
On mine they range from 90 - 160G apart from Cardinal Rubys which are going for 250G
