there is no other this item in ah.
im horde. stormscale. Is there another item
like
it? Like, check the AH for rare weapons level between 25 and 40 to see what they're selling for, make your prices roughly match theirs and if it doesn't sell then make it cheaper.

If you look on the page you linked under Quick Facts (top right) it lists the buyout price as 15 gold. I'm not sure exactly how they figure that, but I assume it's the average that people normally see it going for. It will vary from server to server, and even from day to day on the same server... but when I'm completely stumped I find the estimate there is generally pretty close.
I'd suggest starting a little higher than the 15g (20-25?) and working your way down if it doesn't sell. Or if you're feeling lucky and have a booming AH, try the 100g suggested earlier. I can't see it selling for that much, but all you've got to lose is the cost to post it.

it really isent wise to follow the price that wowhead gives since for the most part it is not accurate.

It's going to depend on your server. I've seen server prices for epics vary by thousands.
Your best bet is to get the addon auctioneer and keep scanning the auction house on your server.
Auctioneer treats all cancelled auctions as successfully sold - since there's no way to tell if an auction that you had no part in was cancelled or bought out if it disappears from the database before expiration.
This leads to a cumulative inflation in Auctioneer's HIGHLY INACCURATE and very mis-named "Market Price" number - i.e., the more auctions you see of an item that is commonly cancelled & re-listed - the more outrageous Auctioneer's "Market Price" becomes.
A person on my server regularly lists every single glyph for about 20 times what most average sellers actually sell the glyphs for. If someone undercuts him he'll cancel the undercut auctions and relist them - undercutting the person who undercut him and so on until he doesn't feel there's profit in it anymore. Everytime he cancels those auctions - Auctioneer's misnamed "Market Price" is more and more inflated.
Auctioneer does have a way to track only prices of auctions that you personally take part in - either buying or selling, but this takes some work and is not the default option. Good luck.
As far as the OP goes - the price of an item not commonly seen will be determined by the supply and demand. Figure out who needs it and how badly they need it - then you can price it accurately. Or just keep re-listing it for less and less - though don't discount the idiots out there who don't know what to do with their money.

For blues, I usually start at 100 gold and work my way down by 5 gold increments until I hit 50. Then I start all over again. This is assuming there is no existing items on the market.
Almost always sells by the time I get to 50.
