One of the fun things about being a tank is having all three of your dps members open up on a different mob in the pull. It's really not possible to hold them all when that happens.
Make your tank bind the Skull icon to the F11 key. Have him mark a skull on each pull. Casters first is a good rule of thumb, and they hurt you a little less if you do pull aggro.
Also. . . things that can save you include:
1.
Wind Shear
2.
Shamanistic Rage
3.
Spirit Hunt
/
Twin Howl
4.
Hex
(can be instant cast with Maelstrom now.)

You have a passive 30% threat reduction from Spirit Weapons talent.
Watch your omen, that will save you on aggro-related deaths. However, there are a lot of heroic packs with abilities that are aggro-agnostic, like the Charged Flurry in HoL.
When I'm enhancement, the only time I die from aggro is when I'm attacking the wrong target, or I'm helping the healer who has a guy on him.
Other than that, your tank just isn't putting out enough tps.

Since I run both enh shaman and prot warrior I am 99% positive that the problem lies with your tank. First of all make sure he puts Vigilance on you. Maybe he's not maximising his threat output? As stated above treat should never really be a problem (esp on single targets) save for a few specs/classes with no aggro dump or threat reducing talents. Only problem I have is with an arms warrior i run with thats geared fairly well.
