Every little bit of nature they get is from their close proximity to Orcs in Outlands/Draenor. That is the only reason they can be and are shaman. The only other healing they get is from their Naaru, who give them light, not something Druids use.
Plus they thought Draenei got too many classes as it is. They gave Worgens druids because when the worgen needed help, a ton of night elf druids and other night elves came to help. Very odd way to go about it, but that is how they explained it.

On a minor point, proficiency with healing and druidism are very different things. The source of healing is different for every race, for example trolls can be priests but not paladins because they don't use the Light to heal. At least lorewise their healing comes from the mystical Loa. In a similar fashion Forsaken priests use the shadow and night elves the moon. A race having access to one healing class does not mean the other ones automatically make sense.
Ok since you seem to know alot about the lore of warcraft , then can you please explain a few more things ;
1. how do troll druids get into druidism
2. how come warlocks are mages who delve into dark arts yet trolls can be mages =/= not warlocks (random)
1. Did you ever run ZA or ZG or even Gundrak? Trolls boss turn into animals all the time...
2. Warlocks are not mages who delve into dark arts.

In essence, Druids are atheists. :D
Scratch that. Not exactly sure what they think of as far as Elune goes. I think that's the Night Elf version of the Light but not 100% positive.

We should cross link this in Lore & Roleplaying so we can all get smacked down by their superior knowledge. AFAIK, Elune is not some abstract idea (like Light), but is actually a being that has shown herself in physical form many times throughout Azerothian history (though not recently), going so far as to birth a son, Cenarius (Although, Night Elf priests are much more closely associated with Elune than Druids).
Druids believe in protecting, nurturing, and defending nature; the two races that can currently become druids were taught how to do so directly by Cenarius himself (Malfurion Stormrage being the first Night Elf, and the Shu'halo the first Tauren tribe).
Druids do not necessarily 'believe' in the classic good vs. evil approach to the world, but instead in the delicate Balance of nature, and the impact any action can have on this balance. Indeed, this is why we have a talent tree called "Balance" (and exploring the lore of the Moonkin reveals more direct interaction with Elune).
While I don't think its outside the realm of possibility that a Draenei could be
trained
in the Druidic ways, they do not have any racial root in Druidism as of yet, since Cenarius has been in the Dream since before their arrival. They can be Shamans because they've always been able to be Shamans, Shamanism and Druidism are similar in outward appearance, but definitely not the same in origin.
That being said, it would not be difficult to write in a new race of druids, both Tauren and Night Elf druids started as a minority population that grew to a decent size. All it would take is Cenarion emissaries, or Cenarius himself to train a group of <Trolls, Worgen, etc> and then hope they had some sort of proficiency for it, and continued to teach it. The catch is that it would definitely take some sort of overt action, simply adding a Druid button to the character creation screen would be silly.

1- The way blizzard is doing things they should just make all races be any class they want (Dwarf Shamans WTF).
2- Just because trolls in ZA and Zg doesnt make them druids. Turning into animals isnt what makes a druid a druid I mean shamans have ghost wolf form for crying out loud.
BTW Undead Pallies FTW
1- um, dwarf shamans makes since,
hello wildhammer clan
2- Um, actually turning into animals IS what makes druid moonkin/cat/bear/tree? the Spirit wolf form is just that a SPIRIT wolf

I have no idea how Troll got into druidism my guess is that blizzard went around with the We are good guys now we wanna heal people n stuff, or the troll figured druidism is tied to the loas and the path of druidism is the become one with the Loas or something like that
2 trolls have abbandond sinister things like cannebalism when they joined the horde (or at least since wow)
it also seems like they have something against demons from what i have seen in-game making them unfitt as warlocks
the practice of vodoo as used by witch doctors and shadow hunters is dark but not evil or sinister as said by a naruu i belive there can not be light without dark
personaly im hoping for them to make Shadow hunter already
