Note: these are just some ideas that I personally think would be cool to add.
Loot DistributionRaiding: boss drops an item accumliated and turned in for that loot table or easlier items into greater items which will defeat the purpose of waiting to pass out loot, checking on what dropped before moving on, loot whuers and not running because I only want last boss loot.
Quests: choose more gold or xp helping low level players reach higher easier.
Dungeons and RaidingLoot: same loot for 10 and 25 man. Just 25 man gives three times as many "pieces" (read 'Loot Distribution').
Worgen Invasion: If Alliance gets their own dungeon (retaking Gnomeregan) then add a Horde dungeon on the opposite side of the Silvermoon Transponder just outside of Undercity in the courtyard. Invasion of worgen with an end boss of Arugal (or something).
Union: an accepted allegiance between guilds creating a missing link of unpopulated guilds needing a few extra to fill a 25 man without releasing their guild loyalty. Chat with /union or /u to communicate to each other.
ProfessionsTracking: Herbs are green with gold rings, veins are blue with gold rings.
Disenchanting: Able to disenchant soulbound items through the trade window much like lockpicking.
BattlegroundsPvPvE: basically a king of the hill type except demons attacking or defending the hill. Dalaran wizards disembark for the attack on Icecrown Citadel against The Lich King leaving
Tol Barad to Stormwind. Prisoners of the island break out. Game is built from Horde, Alliance and Prisoner resources. If your side loses all resources you lose. If the prisoners lose all resources then the side with highest resources wins. (I ^&*!ING TOLD YOU BASTARDS ABOUT TOL BARAD!)
Continental: a continent (yes - a continent) size BG that never ends with towns, cities, bases, keeps, etc.
Siege Ideas: Meat Wagon making skeletons and ghouls appear where the attack, Helicopter much like the ones in Ulduar having only a driver with missiles that deal high damage to siege and minor damage to players but no damage to keeps.
Urban: battleground inside a city. Could be a ruined city.
Not Enough Players: if there is 5 Alliance and 4 Horde the Alliance can't gain any more players until Horde gains the same amount as them (in this case would be 5).
Experience: I want to see more experience gained.
Vocation Dungeons: Random generated solo dungeon accessed by a large daily quest.
QuestsDailies: Multiply rewards and make them a weekly quest.
Class Quest: long quest chain leading to epic armor attachments able to complete the final quest over once a week to award the attachment again.
Servers and RealmsFree For All (FFA): a total free for all. All races begin at their normal starting zone but able to travel where ever they want. Wintergrasp and regular Alliance vs Horde events are changed to Blue vs Red.
Population Display: display a rough population next to each Realm name of the active players playing.
Population Balance: increase experience on low populated realms and factions instead of tenacity.
Class AbilitiesRotations: I want to see harder rotations.
Pain Spike: deals damage over 8 seconds after reducing healing by 50% for 8 seconds.
Summon Shards: (warlock) creates 5 Soul Shards for 1 minute.
Grapple: (rogue) throws a grappling hook to your target bringing the caster to it stunning for 2 seconds. 10-30 yards.
Wraith: (rogue) each time your poison is applied you heal 2% of your health over 10 seconds stacking up to 20 times lasting for 10 seconds.
Sink: (rogue) next 2 Eviscerates or Evenom deals no damage. The Eviscerate or Envenom after those will deal triple damage.
Cold Blood: When activated, increases the critical strike chance
and hit chance of your next offensive ability by 100%.
Current Class AbilitiesDeadly Brew: Move up one tier and just blow have Deadliest Brew which lets you have a 50%/100% to induce your target with all poisons each time Deadly Brew is used.
Poisons: Remove poison reageant making each much like Shaman's weapon enhancements.
Character CustomizationAge: sets age of your character changing face and curves your spine.
Tattoos: adds facial and body tattoos.
Height: make your character taller or short.
Weight: will your character have a beer belly?
Muscle: muscle definition or none at all.
Race-Specific: adds more race-specific parts (ex: bones for undead are shown less or more).
Mixed Race: races are combined to create new characteristics and gaining both race's racial abilities.
Dual Character: able to play 2 characters while inside any major city.
New Races: Mok'nathal,
Broken, Pandorean but gruesome and not cute,
ancient, Half-Ogre, Scourge (maybe as a new faction),
