No matter how many time I repair, I can't get WoW to work!

A few days ago I was logging into WoW and I got the Error 134 message. So I ran the repair tool and nothing happened (even though it told me that WoW was fixed). I posted on the official forums and a blue took me to a page that wasn't even for the same error, telling me to disk check > defrag > repair tool > fix'd. But it didn't work. So, finally, I uninstalled, and reinstalled the actual game just fine. But patching up, I inevitably get an error. I can almost guess when I'll get one.
Errors like this:
The installer was unable to read the file "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Blizzard Entertainment\World of Warcraft Installer\Installer Tome 5.mpq". This error may be caused by problems with the media or drive at C:\--for example, a scratched or dirty CD-ROM/DVD-ROM, hard drive corruption, or a networking problem while downloading the installer. (The data being read was "MPQs-2\LichKing common\unconditional\Data#lichking.MPQ\Sound\Music\ZoneMusic\SholazarBasin\SB_SholazarWalkNight02.mp3", and the error code was 5.) If this problem persists, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. (Converter::Load)
So I ran the repair tool again, and started over. After getting the error over and over while patching (specifically around 3.1), I uninstalled the whole game -- wiped everything out, installers, trials, everything, and tried again. Didn't work.
Can someone PLEASE tell me what's going on? This has never happened before and blues just aren't helping.
Thanks!

My recommendation would be uninstalling the entire game, and installing it via downloading the game.
Perhaps your discs are corrupt.

I'm not using discs, I'm using the installer directly off of the site. :\

I suggest also disabling any antivirus software while installing the patch. It's entirely possible that it's seeing it as some sort of attack (Some AV's nuke Windows system files on a fairly annoying basis due to false positives, even).
Additionally, try running ScanDisk or CheckDisk on you hard drive to make sure it's not a file table issue or something.
Also, you don't mention what version of Windows you're on. It might help to be running as an Administrator, or to run the patch file in administrator mode.
If you still have issues, try downloading the patch file from a
mirror site
.
There's also a very, very small chance that it could be a memory issue, depending on how the installer swaps stuff in and out of RAM while updating patches. I don't think this is the case, but other than losing some time, a run of
memtest
wouldn't cause much trouble, and would rule this out. I'd leave this for last though, since it's probably the least likely issue, and can take a few hours to test.
