I don't see too much trouble with your changes, but I'm not an expert at druid pvp.
The only useless thing I noticed though was the second rank of improved moonkin form, strafing already solves this problem.

I actually like your ideas, there's no caster that can cast while moving, that makes it unique. Maybe it would signify the primal power of the Moonkin form lorewise -- they were apparently given their powers by Elune herself, maybe they should have something that appears OP on the surface for this reason. The Force of Nature change definitely makes sense, and I like the lifebloom idea too in general (even though it seems OP on the surface as well). I think 3 seconds is way too long for typhoon to stun, considering its relatively short C/D, but even a 1 second stun could be useful if it 'proc'd' when the player landed specifically.

I have a 2 word idea for how to buff Moonkins in PvP:
Instant Cyclone.
As part of the Gale Winds talent. No other talent buffs. Perhaps a moonkin glyph buff or two (an Owlkin Fenzy glyph for example - makes you immune to snares, but not stuns, while it is up).

A skilled moonkin can already cast moonfire while running away.
What i do is i run away, jump, mouseturn in air, cast moonfire, and turn back to the direction i was running before i hit the ground. it works, and it %^&*es paladins off.
could always run sideways like hunters do (well I do anyway)
