Yes, your ticket will still be in the queue. Sending a ticket from your friend's account was probably not the best way to go about recovering your account though.
You'll probably want to check out the
Account Compromise Info Center
on the official forums if you haven't already. It will tell you what you need to do to recover the account.

The problem is that account sharing is frowned on. Period. That's how most accounts end up compromised to begin with. If your computer has a keylogger on it and you're logging onto your friend's account from it - you've effectively got him hacked too.
The GM you speak to will have no way of knowing who he's talking to on the account you're using. He's going to assume that he's talking to the owner of the account, and that person has no authority over getting yours shut down.
Go read the Account Compromise thread. It has the number you need to call to get in touch with billing and all of the information that you'll need to give them. It also has information on how to secure your computer again.
You'll probably want to have your friend change his password pretty soon.
