Mongoose is affected by diminushing returns ( you got more agility from Mongoose at 70 then at 80, can't recall exact numbers. ).
Berserker is way better for pvp and dps. Mongoose is the best tank enchant.

Can you provide a source for that? I can't find it anywhere in the comments on the Wowhead mongoose page.
In my personal opinion, that statement is false, but then again I have been proven wrong before.
Actually I'll test it out myself next time i get online. That won't be until monday or so however...

I woud also like to see a source for this, as I also believe it to be flatly false (unless you specifically mean that the
same
amount of agility
does less for you
at 80 than 70, then thats technically true for terms of crit and dodge , but not AP or Armor.)

I just tested this in game. Mongoose proc added 130 Agility to my character screen.
Given the effects of SotF and Imp MotW, 120 * 1.06 * 1.02 = 129.744. So I'd say it works exactly as the tooltip says it should, with no level-related diminish.

Reading tooltips is hard:
Cat Form
.
How many of you know people who never read the "Effects which increase Bleed damage also increase Shred damage." part on
Shred
's tooltip? I know a lot.
