I've been looking for a macro to fear the succubus with my paladin.

Try this: Tab til you have the succubus targetted, then hold alt down and click this:
/focus %t
/cast Turn EvilThen tab back to the warlock. and hit this key with no alt when you want to turn the succubus
Once the succubus is your focus, you can go ahead and attack the warlock normally, and turn evil will always target the succubus.

A more elegant and simple macro would be:
/clearfocus
/focus target
/cast
Will cast Seduction on your target on first press, and also focus it. On subsequent presses it reapplies Seduction to your focus (should be the Succubus at this point). 'Course you still need to target the Succubus manually the first time.
Um, he's a paladin trying to fear a succubus, not a warlock trying to use one.
Unless Paladins have a seduction skill I don't know about.
"So let me get this straight...you joined a celibate order...to get chicks?"
