Well, I was thinking of making my next 80 Horde(Maybe even re-roll?)and I'm stuck between a Tauren Feral Druid or Orc Hunter, which do you think I'd be better off making?

Come roll with us.
So far (what I've noticed) is that the hunter levels faster (three of them are above 30 already) and is annoying until about 10 or 12; while druid is really, really annoying until 12, and still annoying until 24 or so, which is when you get cat form + more abilities than Claw and Rip. Plus, you don't get any AoE ability as a druid (in cat) until you are in the 70s.
Honestly though, it depends more on what you like to do, if you like to be ranged or melee.

If you go feral druid prepare to be BORED for the first 20 19 levels until you get cat form. Once you get cat form its cake. Go cat 90% of the time...pop out....heal....rinse/repeat.
Go bear for elites. I have a level 80 druid with full tier 7.5...tank specc'ed. If you learn how to tank....you will be in high demand.
I have a level 71 hunter too. They're not bad...but its one thing....dps, thats it. Druids are so versatile that end game you can do whatever you want.

Druids are amazing. I am leveling one as Balance myself. I love it. And I only have downtime after 8-9 kills. I don't mind it though, I leveled a Mage before this. I've been thinking about leveling feral though, or dual speccing. Also, balance can very easily heal low level instances. I've healed up to SM, with no problems.

Depends on what you want. If you want variety of your playstyle in general, and the ability to switch and really make the most out of Duospec, go druid. If you want to do one thing (range dps) and do it well, plus enjoy all of the other perks like taming pets and the ability to Feign Death...go hunter.
Honestly I'd say if you NEVER EVER want to tank or heal, DON'T roll a druid. How you play is how you play, your 15 bucks a month, etc. But there will be plenty of times where you will probably be asked to heal or tank or something while leveling up or doing 5mans, which if that isn't your goal, could get annoying.
