last night, took up Dual Talent and made a Blood spec just to see if it was really all that great...
As unholy, I would usually do about 500k total damage in reg UK. When I switched over to blood spec last night I was topping the charts at 1.4m total damage, in the same gear.
Just want to thank everyone who contributes to this site, you have greatly increased my DK experience....
I know it doesn't matter much since I am lvl 70... but I am just happy that there is a build that I have followed that works great for once... Leveling is alot easier now also.

Well, your blood build is alot better than your unholy build in your unholy build you skipped some of your highest dps abilities, and you glyphed for Deathgrip which is a no-no no matter what build.
Other than that Blood is much easier rotation, and a lot better while leveling. Keep on working hard.

I figured what would be the best thing while grinding... so I picked the Death grip up, when I have some rested XP to use.. :)
As far as the other glyphs go... I keep forgetting to change them out, I use a weird talent add-on that doesn't have the glyph tab.. .haha

Just as a note, you should be watching BOTH your DPS and damage done. Your DPS should be consistent every time you run a specific instance, but your damage done can vary wildly based on the makeup of your group. It's also a measure of how well you stayed at the target.

Exactly, My DPS was only 890(overall)
The comparison between the two runs was with the same group both times(when I was Unholy and then switched to Blood)
Target time, I am unsure of... But I know it was very close...

ok..... Blood is officially OP...
Watched a ARMS Warrior with decent gear try and kill a elite monster as quick as he could... took him about 1:30... I go to spawn the elite, I think I might have hit it about 4-6 times each 2000+ crits and then dead. He spit on me and took off....

Actually, while leveling, the deathgrip glyph isnt so bad.
You should be getting all the KB's from the enemies, which means you'll always have DG up, so less time walking, more time dpsing.
Agreed. I've got the DG glyph, and its very helpful since I don't have Pale Horse. Makes clearing a questing hub a cakewalk.
I got extremely spoiled by my Glyph of Death Grip when I was leveling, that my finger kept spamming the keybind after every mob kill only to re-realize each time that I no longer had it when doing dailies/quests at lvl 80. It's fantastic for leveling but once you hit 80 (or close to), it loses its value real quick.
