Looking for a bit of verification for my planned builds at lvl 80 for my paladin (currently 62 but will be soon 80)
Ret -

- Not too sure about glyphs or about where to spend the last 13 points. Maybe get Divine Sacrifice just for the sake of having a CD?
Prot -
http://ptr.wowhead.com/?talent#sZx0tAbugGsIufdEb:oNZVzc
unsure about glyphs.
Thx for any help
Edit: Should say this for a PvE playstyle

Prot build is bad overall. Consecration is a terrible glyph for Prot. Benediction is a complete waste of points. Divine Strength is mandatory. Reckoning 5/5 is questionable, as is Divinity.

Care to offer an alternative, mor effective build?

Check the stickies for a cookie cutter Prot build.
Based on what Dunsinsane has said (and he knows his stuff), and to explain a bit further:
Glyph of Consecration is horrible - not even useless, but damaging, because it causes rotation clashes that result in sub-optimal threat *and* sub-optimal survivability.
Benediction: 10% mana reduction, vs 5% parry, or 5% crit, or 3% crit and faster Judgements... given that Prot pallies don't have mana issues at L80, it's not necessary. You need at least one point in Improved Judgement to get at least a 9 second CD on it for rotation purposes.
Divine Strength offers more benefits than Divinity. Divine Strength increases your attack power, increasing your damage and threat caused. It increases your block value, which decreases damage taken, increases damage done with your Shield of Righteousness ability and threat caused.
Divinity isn't as useful, unless you have a Druid healer. Most 'big heals' will be pushing a Paladin up and over their maximum health, so unless you're having healing problems as is, then you don't need it since the extra 5% will be wasted on overheals. You're never going to need the 5% extra on heals that you do.
Mojojojo should do some more research, since research is good, research means more knowledge, and knowledge is power, and power is good, this means knowledge is good...
