Skinning gives 32 crit at the moment. And no, you do not have to be 450 to receive it. You just have to be 450 to receive the full benefits.

tailor/enchant
Good for you! I personally also favor Tailor/Enchant as well.
Just don't be lazy and make sure you make Ebonweave on every cooldown =D.
(Plus, Tailoring is blatantly easy to level, on my server anyways, as opposed to some other crafting professions, and you also get a sweet
cloak enchant
(tailoring) as well as
enchants for your rings
)

I personally went with Tailoring and Enchanting on my warlock.

I am also a big fan of Tailor/ench on my lock. Lightweave is amazing and procs on everything up to and including thinking, and enchanting your rings is just fantastic.

Surprised no one linked the spells themselves.
Note: All these spells are going to be slightly upgraded in the next patch (3.2)
Mining at 450:
Toughness
Change for next patch:
Toughness (Rank 6) provides more stamina.
Herbalism at 450:
Lifeblood
Changes for next patch:
Increased healing from Lifeblood (Rank 6).
Lifeblood now scales slightly with maximum health. No longer affected by global cooldown.
Skinning at 450:
Master of Anatomy
Change for next patch:
Master of Anatomy (Rank 6) provides more critical strike rating.
