Try this.. West Fall between 10-17 then go west to to Redridge until roughly 19-20 then go back to westfall finsh the quests, and hit roughly 21-22 then back to redridge until 23-24 then head to duskwood or ashevenvale I prefer ashenvale for 24-28 if duskwood ashenvale can take you to 32 or so.
THOUGH!
Since your a nightelf try this. Darkshore 10-22 then Ashenvale from 22-30 :D After that head to Thousand needles for 30-33 or so, then Desolace for 33-36 then to STV from 36-42/44 then Tanris for 44-48/49 Ungoro for 49-53 then Burning STeepes for 53-55 then Eastern/Western Plaguelands for 55-58 then Outlands!

I'm in Eastern now. I hate the Ashenvale area.
