Which are, for you, the best professions for a disci priest?
I was looking for tailoring and jewelcrafting but tailoring, honestly, doesn't look so interesting...

Tailoring is great later on with the Embroiders and goes well with Enchanting, which is also crazy profitable once you've got it skilled up. Jewelcrafting pays off as well though since you get the JC-only gems. Stat-wise, JC is currently the best to have generally, though every crafting profession is getting a bit of a boost in 3.2, making them all about equal.

If you think you can get 130 spell penetration without 35+ spell penetration to cape, Tailoring isn't too bad for the SP or +300 mana proc.
Jewelcrafting is a definite winner with stats.
Engineering gives you another instant damage dealer, or another free, but weaker, Power Infusion for moar mana burn spam or an alternative to haste + Divine Hymn to heal through LoS. However, no stats boosting, unfortunately.
Enchanting if you want even more stats. Spell power > the stamina that mining gives, anyhow.

I don't know how to thank you.
I'll not take a gathering profession like mining, I'm already wasting k of hours I can't farm all around azeroth... ;-D
