SoV /Corr is able to crit, doing double damage. SoV will be the seal of choice for boss fights and SoC for short thrash mob fights.

Finally some innate expertise for retribution paladins.

Something like that?
Yep, that appears to be the best PvE build.
It's gonna be weird not taking any recoil damage.

Yea, is good PVE build but...
And when i need make PVP? This 5 point in Seal of Pure need to toggle from:
- Improved Hammer of Justice
- Divine Guardian
ad that talents is really good in PVP...
How we can solve that problem?

for PvP, Seal of Command will be your main seal for that
For the 29 twink bracket yea, indeed.
Though if you hope to kill anything with 1k judgements and 1k seal crits a really bad surprise is waiting.
Like it was for SoM, SoV will be the new all-purpose seal. And considering how incredibly useful is SOTP for holy, to what it is for ret and prot, i can safely claim that talent is in a completely retarded position.
At this point maybe better go up to aura mastery to help out your healer, and reduce fears on you.
P.S.: forget about using CC, or target switching with a ret in team in 3.2. AMAZING skillcap increase i must say.

SotP doesn't apply to the 33% MW damage from the 5proc debuff. It only applies to the DoT, as of about a week ago.

Rephrase - doesn't apply to the *new* effect - is that better?
I never really used SoV in the past anyway - more mana issues than threat issues...

I probably dont explain myself properly. I'm italian, still hard sometimes to write stuff with some sense.
What i dont get about SOTP is the tier 1 holy talent position. It makes no sense to me, a talent useful either for prot or ret, in the holy tree.
If you're ret you want divine strenght in prot, if you're prot you want deflection in ret etc.
There is sinergy.
If you're ret you will want SOTP and a few prot talents (for pvp), you sure dont want to go in holy, there is actually no reason for prot and ret (again).
They should swap it around with Divinity, makes more sense, so if one wants it in a ret PvE build can have it, also if a tank wants it badly can have it too. Not like prot healing is gonna be bad without it, it's not even an "official" spec blizzard said.

But SotP doesn't actually help anyone at all - nobody who is min/max'ing at the moment uses it, and moving forward, still nobody will use it, because the increase in damage/threat you get from it is outweighed by 5 points in the Ret tree (for Prot paladins).
Having said that, there's no reason why you should have a 5/12/54 spec or other such thing - not all of the classes are happy to completely ignore a single talent tree.

Well as of 3.2 JoV and SoV do some pretty nasty damage, so i wouldnt mind a 15% increase on these both in pve and pvp, looks quite significant, in terms of boost and pressure.
I've been playing a bit with recount on PTR and i must say i'm really satisfied with the new dmg output!
