Think of the PvP possibilities however!
GL getting away with a Fireball cast on a competent enemy.
Hmm, but you could get off an LB, and activate Combustion. Since Combustion doesn't get consumed by LB ticks, it should last as long as Combustion is up.
How about only using instant Fire spells? Fireblast, Dragon's Breath, Blast Wave, Instant Flamestrike, etc?
